My oven door was stuck, and Ruslan was quick to come to the rescue! He is a skilled technician who takes pride in his work. While he was fixing the oven, I asked him about the loud noise coming from the fridge. He showed me the dirt that had built up in the back and cleaned it on the spot.

Update: The company contacted me after the review and admit that subsequent labor charge was not fair and agreed to return the second labor charge. Since, they are willing to fix their mistake, I update the review here.

I would avoid them if I could. I think their business practice is little shady. Incident: They came to inspect my Gas range and quote me 1000$ with two valve to be replaced and hefty amount for labor. Due to time limitation, I had to go with them. They came after couple of days and in the middle of the fix, they called me to inform that there is another valve needs to be replaced. I don't have any problem with the valve but they wanted to leave the range unusable. After some pushback they decided to put things back and order the last valve. But they charged me again for the labor. Although it was their mis diagnose that cost me labor twice. They didn't take any responsibility at all. Finally they came over again install the valve in 20 min. I am not sure why they charge me the hefty service charge again. Their business practice is very shady and company doesn't take any responsibility what so ever for their mistakes.

Our refrigerator/freezer motor runs but the freezer and refrigerator were very warm. On a Saturday evening. I reached out to several companies. Fix UFA response was he could be here in the hour. He was. He has to work for over 3 hours to get things fixed and the price was very fair. This is who I will always contact now! Very pleased with the service!!!

Service person was great. I am waiting for your company to contact Liberty and let me know if you are purchasing parts or what Liberty says to do.

The guy didn't even get half way up the stairs before he just turned around and left ! Not even a word ! UNPROFESSIONAL! don't waste your time !
