Construction Company reviews in Tacoma, Washington

Very professional & quality work. Excellent customer service.

Virgilio was responsive, professional, and did quality work. I will absolutely work with him again.

I saw their fine work at family and friends homes and with enthusiastic endorsements, Virgilio was hired to paint the exterior of our 6100 sq ft home (inc garage) which included lots of trim, wood windows, Dryvit stucco, new downspouts and a 30' chimney. They arrived on time everyday, and were always respectful. My extensive landscaping was trimmed, but a barrier to work around they handled without an issue. They cleaned up every night. The paint looks terrific, window panes are free of splatter and the new downspouts look like a factory finish was put on. The front double doors with divided lights are like new. My new 2/12 pitch roof and unpainted cedar deck have no paint splatters, which was not easy to do. Very happy!

They sid not do the job right. Would not recommend.

good

I recently had the pleasure of working with these top-notch general contractors on my home expansion project. Their eye for detail and excellent commitment to quality was amazing. It’s rare to find such a high level of professionalism and dedication in the construction industry these days.

The general contractors at this firm are a cut above the rest. They handled every aspect of our commercial project with a professionalism that is hard to come by. Their dedication to quality and timely delivery was truly impressive. I would highly recommend them for any construction needs.

Great company with outstanding employees and exemplary work

I have worked with Trevor at Theory Construction on hundreds of projects. They even painted my house inside, did carpets and built a fence. They are absolutely phenomenal to work with and I would trust them in my own home. If you're an investor or a home owner, call Trevor and he'll take care of you.

We used Theory Construction after a water issue in a bathroom caused damage. Theory was half the price of a local competitor. They showed up on time, did excellent work, and were very flexible with changing materials during the job when needed. I would absolutely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone doing a renovation, restoration, or remodel!

I would recommend Theory Construction! I've worked with Tyler and his team on renovation and repair projects for our rental properties and homes. Their work has been excellent and costs are competitive. They are dependable and trust worthy.

Great customer service and referrals for our housing remodel needs. Answered questions promptly and professionally. We will continue to use them.
