I beg the public to avoid this company at all costs.. our builder hired this company to wire our new home and it has been a hazard ever since they touched our house. The owner wanted more and more money until we put a stop to the invoices. The main wire coming into the house was severed and spliced together. The owner (Steve) told us we were using the wrong light bulbs. The septic was never wired correctly and in one year has never pumped any water into the drain field. This company has incompetent employees which in turn means the owner is incompetent.

I certainly made the best choice choosing “Franklin Lighting & Electric”. I needed a new panel and two dedicated outlets. I am a widow who has had to make major decisions regarding the family home. When the circuits kept “tripping”, it was time to upgrade. Stephen and his crew got everything done in a day and left no mess! I am so very pleased. Also, there was never any impatience with my many questions and hesitancy about what needed to be done for this project. I definitely recommend using this company.

Steve and his apprentice replaced the knob and tube wiring and power panel) in our Tacoma home (3 stories with 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms) with modern and code-compliant circuitry. He coordinated his work to minimize impact on our daily lives, completing each section of the home in the time frame promised, and left the home clean and uncluttered each day. Steve also worked with our insurance company to educate them on code requirements related to a leaking pipe that resulted in an expanded recovery of the re-wiring cost from our insurance claim. Steve is a true professional that takes great pride in his work - to the extent that he even adds little free-bee upgrades as his budget and timeline allow. On our home, he added security lighting to the carport area. And to top it off, Steve is very easy to work with - we are extremely happy with every facet of this project and highly recommend Franklin Lighting and Electric.

I hired Franklin Light and electric for the electrical work on a kitchen renovation. They were very professional and provided expert advice on where to place lighting, switches and plugs based off my uses and habits. Ken came over and found that we had the Wrong Light to illuminate our hallway.

We ordered the Correct Light And mounting bracelets, then let Ken know we (hopefully) had the light that he Could mount!

What a Difference!
When the New Light (A few Hundred LED’s) is On, it lights up the hallway, kitchen and 2 of the bedrooms!

With the light fixture using L.E.D.’s, I expect our Electric Consumption to Decrease, along with the Bill!
