Had Last Minute Spa Dude out to clean my swim spa and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was glad to learn that they do repairs as well, one less thing I have to worry about in the future.

After diagnosis he was a no show to install a part that he instructed me to order. He didn't respond to any of my calls or texts. I subsequently had to return the part at a loss and hire another spa tech. I was not discriminatory towards him so I don't understand his response. His inability to communicate with me was extremely frustrating.

Franky is thorough and detail oriented, finding problems about to occur and recommending solutions. He is reliable and trustworthy at a price that is affordable.

My hot tub was experiencing weak jet pressure and after trying to diagnose myself, with no luck, I called The Spa Dude. Frank was polite, quick to get to work and successfully fixed the issue. Highly recommend.

Things started off great, but after about 8-10 months Frank went dark. Would not respond to calls or texts. A few months in I paid him a year upfront and he had a few months left on that contract, so he walked away with several hundred dollars for service he did not complete.

Frank was brought in by our spa manufacturer who shipped us a hot tub with a plumbing issue as well as a Heater issue (Overall poor craftsmanship from manufacturing assembly team). We were first sent another warranty service provider who was HORRIBLE and refused to do the needed repairs out of pure laziness (again brand new tub never fired up)!
Finally after 8 weeks the manufacturer connected us with Frank who due to holidays and weather took a bit to get to us but when he did he was able to fix the plumbing in roughly 30 min. and was great in staying WAY past his allowed time on a warranty to make sure it filled and didn't leak. Unfortunately we then found out we had the heater issue once we tried to use the tub. We then went back to the manufacturer who sent another heater and Frank quickly came back out and installed finally getting us up and running roughly 12 WEEKS after the tub was initially delivered!!!
Frank was great in several follow up messages (which he didn't need to do) over the next week to make sure all was working and no additional issues.

In the end if you have any pool or spa issue call Frank and he will take care of it. Also, don't purchase a spa from COSTCO or Aquaterra Spas.

Frank is a pro and he knows his stuff. He excels at customer service. I appreciate the work he did on replacing parts on our hot tub. I recommend him for your pool or hot tub service.

Absolute scam!! I made an appointment for a spa and pool cleaning and pool 101 for a Friday. I received no text or email notification. So I even called to double check the time. Frank showed up on the wrong day....he then let himself into our pool house and got started without me on the property.

He didn't seem to know how to work our older Penatair system. He struggled with the controls then told me the jacuzzi was broken and might need $6-7k of repairs. He said he heater was also possibly broken and that he would do research on the parts and text me a quote. K never heard back.

Since what Frank told me was the opposite of our pool inspector before we bought the home, I decided to have a second opinion. Jacuzzi is working great and heater works. Everything Frank said was wrong. I later went to a local pool and spa store and mentioned my experience and was told he is known in the areanfor scamming people. DO NOT go with this guy! I will be reporting to the BBB.

Franky has been awesome since the first time I reached out to him. He responded quickly. He has fair pricing and is responsive and does a great job. He is reliable and you can’t ask for more. Highly recommend Franky and his service!
