Precision Pro Wash did an excellent job cleaning our roof, windows and driveway They were prompt, friendly, and eager to answer my questions. They provided one of the best roof cleaning services we ever purchased.

Special thanks to Isaiah and his partner for servicing our roof! I was pulling into my driveway when I saw them working on my neighbor's roof. I ran over to ask for a business card and they offered to do same day appointment! They were prompt and did a spectacular job on our roof and also brightened our gutters. They also did a marvelous job on our driveway amd cleaned the moss off it. Thank you so much! My driveway looks brand new again! Unfortunately the max I can give are 5 stars but they deserve 10! I'll definitely use them again in the future!

Showed up on time, had a breakdown of all the work to be done, provided before and after pictures. Overall a great experience and would be happy to call them back for any future work.

Isaiah's professionalism is very evident. Had roof, chimney, house "soft" washed and decks done. What a change! Was amazed as to the improvement it did, like NEW. Am extremely happy. He communicates well with his customers scheduling and all.

Isaiah did a great job on the gutter cleaning project! Cleanup was spotless, the photo documentation was helpful, and his communication was excellent!

The vinyl siding had algae, the shed was covered with lichen, and the concrete and asphalt were covered with algae, lichen and moss. The guys from Precision Pro cleaned everything well and were very helpful with putting everything back where it belonged. I am very happy with how clean my exterior now looks.

I was very happy with Precision Pro Wash Tacoma. My roof had some moss issues that I had been neglecting. I got several bids, and his was the best. Isaiah (owner) was very knowledgeable, professional & a friendly guy. He did a thorough job on the moss, & took care of cleaning up the moss mess that was left in the yard. Communication was great, and I knew exactly when he was on his way over. I will definitely be using his company again. (side note: Hopefully people will ignore the 1* review below from L.Pothan. Precision pro wash did an excellent job of cleaning my roof. They removed abundant moss and debris from the trees that surround my house. In addition, they were careful to reroute the downspouts from my gutters away from the rain barrels that my wife uses to water our garden, so the moss killing chemicals did not contaminate the water and the rain barrels.

Isaiah and his team at Precision Pro Wash did such an amazing job on our home! We needed a roof cleaning and some pressure washing done to get the house ready to go on the market, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did! They made the walkway and driveway look brand new and far beyond my expectations. His team will absolutely be who I call for all future work I need done.

Isaiah was a thoroughly professional and skilled craftsman. We found him courteous, thorough, steady and hard working as he power washed our large area of aggregate (more than 6,000 square feet). He paid close attention to plants and flower beds and carefully washed them down after pavement areas were cleaned. The aggregate was washed and rewashed several times and then sprayed with a solution to cut down on frequency of cleaning. We found the price reasonable and there was no attempt to up-charge us. Highly recommended.

Hands down, Precision Pro Wash is the best Roof Cleaning company. I have had several other roof cleaning companies, but none has come close to the professionalism, on time to the site, courtesy, attention to details, and great communication that Precision Pro Wash demonstrated to us. Isaiah and his team exceled in getting our roof cleaned. Our awning was weather worn and green with moss. Hard to believe but the awning looks like new again. I was initially turned off by the 1st guy I spoke with but met the estimator and team Leader Isaiah. He was fabulous and I scheduled that day. When he and Robert came, they called ahead to give me their ETA and were on time. They did an absolutely phenomenal job on my roof and concrete.
