This was excellent service. Booking was easy, the housekeeper was very thorough and the price was most reasonable. I also appreciate that I can hire the service once per month going forward, since many companies will not afford that flexibility.

I hired Quality Cleaning on two occasions, once in Tacoma for a move out and again in Seattle for a new place, and they did a fantastic job both times. Their cleaners were very thorough and professional, and their management was easy to communicate with. Hourly rates were reasonable. Highly recommend.

I inquired if this company did the finished “pretty” details with bedding and towels and was reassured the girls were very good at this. Not only did they do this but the response I got insinuated i tampered with the bedding to get a discount. They also charged me for 7 working hours when the total should have only been for 6 (3 hours x 2 workers). They said the time they left was 5:07. My ring camera proves this wasn’t true and upon showing them the timestamp with them leaving and stating I did not accept the final bill due to the bill not reflecting services rendered she sent another bill with 19 dollars off without my consent to proceed with charging my card. My card now has an unauthorized charge I have to deal with. Oh and I ended up doing the towels the way I expected and I had to vacuum more with my cylinder becoming full when I was done with only downstairs.

We've had a few cleanings with Dana's and they were on point. The girls that did the cleanings were very timely and diligent. They addressed every area that we asked to be cleaned and they work very hard. We are thankful that we found Dana's!!

I’ve been working with Dana’s crew for about 3 months now and I have to say I’m extremely happy with them. The same girl shows up each time, is very thorough and detailed. She even organizes magazines and books and leaves the place looking so nice to come home to. Whether I am home or not, the service is the same. They’re great at communicating and send reminders before each visit. And they’re very reasonable w their pricing. Even though they charge by the hour, I have not seem them abuse that by staying extra just to make an extra buck. Definitely recommend this group.

I really needed a champion to come in and get my new place tidied up. I’d been laid up with a virus and due major work-life challenges I just couldn’t keep up. Eva did a total reset for me and brought a sparkle I had yet to see here. She arrived prepared and tackled everything with enviable energy. She respected my WFH space and also worked around a maintenance worker needing to turn off the water for a bit.

Immediately rebooked. Communication with the office and scheduling was also A+!

I have to shine a big, bright, spot light on this company and the wonderful employees. From the moment I reached out to Dana to make an appointment, (with short notice by the way) the customer service and willingness to take care of me was above and beyond.

When Amira arrived she was so polite and eagerly jumped right in to getting the job done. This was a move out cleaning of an apartment and I was shocked at how thorough she was. From cleaning the tops of cabinets, the vanity lights, and even washing the blinds. She methodically moved through the job and you could tell she knew exactly what she was doing and how to do it so efficiently. Aurelia arrived to help Amira towards the end of the cleaning and she was just as wonderful and was basically cleaning as she came in the front door. My apartment was sparkling from floor to ceiling when they left and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I had a great experience with Quality Commercial & Residential Cleaning. They did a very good job cleaning my house — they were quick yet thorough, paying close attention to details. The pricing was fair, and overall, I am very happy with their service. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others looking for reliable cleaning services.

We hired for a move out cleaning and hadn't had a chance to do much cleaning ourselves. In just 6 hours they had my old rental so spotless I wanted to move back in! Absolutely amazing work and they saved me a ton on having to pay the landlord to do it. Well worth the cost and very reasonable besides.

I had such a wonderful experience with this deep clean! The team was incredibly thoughtful and respectful from the moment they arrived they even took off their shoes without me having to remind them, which means a lot since we have a strict no-shoe policy at home.

Did not show up for a scheduled move out cleaning. Called throughout the afternoon with no answer or return phone call. Not sure how a business can work with service like this. Unreliable, no communication. Call somewhere else!

I would not recommend this cleaning company. I paid for a move out clean and ended up having to pay my rental company for another cleaning because their cleaning was not satisfactory. Basically a waste of my money.
