Very pleased with Green Place Landscaping. I found them on thumbtack and they were super responsive and very timely in getting our landscaping needs scheduled and completed. We first hired them to do a spruce up at our rental property in North Bend and we’re so pleased with their work that we hired them to take care of our home, including fixing our fountain and irrigation system. Good job all around!! We’re now looking to secure them for ongoing maintenance at both properties.

Macario worked on our backyard project. We removed an old playset area and replaced with pavers. The pavers came out really beautiful , suddenly we had a lot more usable space. Macario also helped install a swing which my daughter really loves. Macario and his team did a great job, they were always on time, and accommodated any requests that we made. It’s been over couple of years now and we are absolutely enjoying our backyard patio. Will definitely recommend Macario for similar projects.

Macario has done several jobs for me now. He does quality work at a fair price. He always goes above and beyond, cleaning everything up and leaving everything looking fantastic. He is also friendly, reliable and easy to work with. I will continue to contact him for all my yard, garden, and exterior projects.

We turned to this landscaping company because they initially offered a good market price. But after they started the work, they kept raising the price with each stage of the project. We agreed to the initial price, and then they came back and said, “Actually, let’s do a higher price.” We reluctantly agreed because we had a big project involving cleaning up a community of 112 homes.

In the end, though, a lot of people noticed that the workers would often stand around chatting and just running up the hours. The billed hours didn’t really match the actual work done. Overall, they do decent work and they’re conscientious, but it ends up being much more expensive than just hiring a well-established American company you trust.

Macario was easy to work with and would definitely recommend for Landscape / Gardening work. His pricing was straightforward and competitive for the quality. His team worked fast, could fit me in my schedule when I needed.

We had him and his team cleaning and gardening for our front yard, which had been neglected for a while. He was courteous, showed up on time, did exactly what we talked about. Really easy to work with, will call again, would def recommend.

Maracio was quick to respond give estimate and the turn around in competing project was more than expected. His dedication and follow through was outstanding. Maracio estimate very fair. He and employee did outstanding hard work in our yard. Would highly recommend them.

I have multiple no trespassing no soliciting signs on my property. These people trespass onto my property and leave their litter for me to clean up. You have to think if they can't even respect you before they meet you why would you hire them

Juan has been taking care of our large yard for over 10 years! He’s consistently attentive to what the yard and landscaping needs and works harder than any landscaper I’ve ever had! I highly recommend him because this type of customer service is rare- he’s the real deal!

Juan was referred to me thru a coworker. He came over and looked around my property and gave me a quote. I liked his personality from the start. My yard was one of the best on our block when misfortune happened. I have had other Landscaping Services but didn't work out. He and his crew came to property and what I thought was going to take a couple of days took them about three and half hours. They trimmed trees hedges edged grass removed limbs cut down small trees and removed blacked berry brushes that had taken over several of my rose and hydrangea. Took away branches and yard waste. They will also be cleaning my roof. If you are in need of any type of Yard and Landscaping I highly recommend this team.

Contacted Juan through his website. He was quick to respond. He came out that evening and I explained what I wanted done. I had a bunch of blackberry bushes and grass clippings and other yard waste that I needed cleaned up and grass mowed. We agreed on a price. He said he be out Saturday morning with his crew and take care of it. Juan and his crew showed up early and got the job done quickly and did a unbelievable job. I'm totally happy and impressed with his work. I highly recommend Juan for your yard work needs.

First of all, I don’t normally do reviews.

However, once in a while you come across a business , where their services goes beyond expectations so much so that you want to make it a point to share with others, not only because you want them to succeed in this competitive business but also because I was probably in your place getting overwhelmed with so many to choose from, types of services offered, reading reviews and anticipated cost… believe me there can be a significant price difference between companies!!

After meeting with some business owners and getting bids, I decided to go with Juan Landscape Maintenance and have had nothing but positive
experiences for the following reasons:
— Juan, is very easy to work with. He and his crew are friendly and very motivated to work. His son is part of the crew and enjoys following his father’s footsteps.

—Juan, is creative with his skills and goes beyond what I expected. He trimmed a row of hedge, the length of the property that at some places was over 15 ft tall, with branches between 3” to 4” thick to the fence line of 6ft.

Cleaned, scrubbed a high pitched two story roof of moss and the cleaned out the gutters.

Pressure washed a large area of concrete driveway front and back, basketball slab, a long concrete walk way and a concrete patio.

Edged all the concrete sides.

I had cut down a tree earlier and had stacked some of the trunk and branches on the side. On his own, he took the stump to the ground and loaded my debris.

His intent was to leave the yard immaculate which he did by raking and blowing all the debris.

He accomplished the projects much sooner than expected. At times working through rain and some snow flurries. All the time with a friendly smile and checking in occasionally to see if I was pleased with the progress.

On a side bar, to show his character. He had brought his crew pizza and made it a point to ask me to join him.

I plan on using Juan for years to come. His prices are very reasonable.
Don’t let the word Maintenance in his companies name mislead you. Juan, creates beautiful landscape!!!!

I worked with Juan Landscaping for a big clearing of my property including grass, weed removal of large ares on slopes, tree and shrub removal including the roots, cutting of trees away from my roof, general cleaning and gutter cleaning. Juan was very professional and responsive. He was able to come see the property and give a quote quickly and was able to give me options to save money vs a more thorough job. He sent updates and clarified as he went and I am extremely happy and appreciate of an amazing job done. I will be hiring him again soon to help with my irrigation system. 5 star service and quality!

This was easily the best value I could find for lawn mowing service.
