My husband and I recently contacted the System Pavers warranty/repair department. We were honestly not looking forward to the process because our first experience with warranty work had not gone well.
Thankfully, Anthony and Alex completely changed that experience for us. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, hardworking, and clearly committed to doing the job right.
They completed the entire project in just two days, and the results are outstanding. The work looks beautiful—honestly even better than when it was originally installed—and their cleanup was impeccable. You would never know major work had just been done.
They also took care of a flashing issue that I had been asking the warranty department to address since the original installation, and it was finally fixed properly.
Anthony and Alex truly saved the day. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude made all the difference and completely settled my nerves about the project. System Pavers is fortunate to have employees like them representing the company.
I cannot thank them enough for their excellent work.

This company left their marketing trash on my porch, despite two clearly displayed "No Soliciting" signs. With this failure to follow simple directions, I can only assume they will disregard other needs and requests should you chose to become their customer. (If you do happen to be Girl Scouts in disguise, please return with a box of samoas.):

I had a patio of pavers put in in 2019 and needed warranty work on it and Anthony was amazing and fixed the drainage and came out again and fixed a problem that had developed a year later and it was fully covered and handled quickly and with no cost to me. Truly appreciate this company and highly recommend!
