“So I called these guys after I got scammed by another septic company. Harmon is the one who helped me and I don’t know what we would’ve done without him (or his team)! They were professional, understanding, nice, and efficient. When I called, they came the very next day to assess the issues and even after there was a couple hold ups with permitting stuff, it still got done within the week. The actual pumping took less time than scheduling did! The tech did a great job draining my 500 gallon tank. And at the end there were no hidden fees or anything. I would use them again if I needed to.
