Jayden and his team were awesome. They came out right away to figure out a plan. They called me a few hours later with a next day appointment (which was sooo lucky!) And made sure to show up early because I had to leave by a certain time the morning of the repair. I missed the name of the technician that came out, but he worked quickly and was so kind. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I had Nick come out and help to replace an old toilet. He was on time, polite and made great suggestions. He was able to point out issues that might happen in the future and help do preventative plumbing repairs so we didn't end up with a worse problem over time. Highly recommend Rainier Plumbing!

Nick did a great job! He was efficient and wise, he gave me some good advice. Everything is fixed. I’ll use them again, hopefully jot for a long time.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. They sent Nick out the same week. He was nice and did a good job.

Two young inexperienced guys showed up. They broke the shower valve trying to remove it and charged us $600 more than was estimated. We sent a message regarding our concern and never got a reply.

Jayden was called at night after the discovery of two emergency plumbing situations. The main water line that runs from the well to the house was broken and water was bubbling up from the ground by the house. Inside the bedroom wall, a sudden leak was discovered behind the bathtub. Jayden appeared long before daylight the next morning and fixed both problems quickly. He was professional and friendly and made a dire situation a positive one. I will surely call on him again and will recommend him highly to anyone.

Our remodel went so well, we were so impressed. Completed all new plumbing we had relocated everything he did such an amazing job, after tile, walls and floor went in they came back out and installed all plumbing fixtures tub, all plumbing hardware, faucets, shower system, toilet, kitchen faucet, all sink faucets, hooked up water to fridge. Made our renovation go so smoothly. They are the best! Will be using them for everything we need. Thank you so much for being so amazing!
