Wonderful customer service wonderful Tech very knowledgeable. They hold the systems you need to take care of your washer so you need them. Just like you'd need any other household repair done. They do the big Important stuff that your appliances needs!

I had an issue with my new Samsung microwave. HNG called within minutes of me getting off the phone with a Samsung rep and were able to schedule an appointment. The technician arrived on time and was very patient with explaining to me that unfortunately the appliance was not installed correctly. I would highly recommend HNG's services to anyone

HNG repaired what turned out to be a minor fix for my wall oven. Dominick, the technician, was wonderful-kind, gracious, knowledgeable and safe (PROPERLY wore a Batman emblemed face mask!) Not a lot to smile about these Covid days but Dominick definitely made me smile and appreciate his service. I hope the owner of HNG very much appreciates him as an employee!

I had spoken with Jessica the other day about getting an appointment for my Samsung Washer. However my washer door was Locked and my washer would not power on. This young lady took the time out of her day to explain to me how to manually unlock my door so I could get the serial number off my washer to make an apt. Great experience 🎃🎃

Vitaliy Velikiy was thorough and efficient. Our fridge was leaking and he repaired it in under 15 minutes. Left his personal number in case I notice anything else in the future.

Vitaliy velikiy was able to fix my ice maker quickly with no mess. He explained everything about the repairs and what to look for. Very polite and professional.

Our Samsung refrigerator was out of warranty by a few months and completely dead. While Samsung diagnosed it as a compressor issue, the labor cost for such a repair was nearly $500. We were lucky to have Hieu as the repair technician. Hieu insisted that instead of we paying the repair costs, I should call Samsung and request them to make a one time warranty exception so that the repair will be covered free of cost. Though skeptical, I called Samsung and was lucky to get a supportive agent who made this exception. Hieu worked on our fridge for more than 4 hours and got it working great free of cost. He showed us some cool features of the fridge that we were not aware of. I was amazed that he texted me twice after he left our home to confirm the fridge was cooling properly and it was maintaining the right temperature. I have worked with multiple appliance repair companies in the past but I have never experienced the honesty and quality of service shown by Hieu. Thanks Hieu! HNG Appliances - you are lucky to have him!

Our repair technician was Vitality Velikiy. He did an excellent job; was very courteous and friendly, did the repair, double checked to see that everything was working and was on his way. Thank you!

Vitaliy velikiy was a very good technician he did his best to try to help me and resolve the situation , even though the situation wasn’t resolved he was still very informative and very helpful in explaining of what I should do . And the reason he couldn’t help me or do anything about it is because during the shipping or the handling of the product he couldn’t do anything about it because it was smashed during the shipment .

Best technician I’ve met so far! Vitaliy velikiy came and did my ice maker in 25 minutes! Not only that but he explained what was wrong with the unit. Definitely recommend him!!

Vitaliy Velikiy from HNG replaced my icemaker in about 30 minutes. Did a great job. The ice maker on some Samsungs seem to be a common problem. So if your having problems and its in the warranty period call now.

Review for Vitality Velicky from HNG. From the start, he was extremely professional and courteous. He explained step by step on what he is doing and what he will do if problem persists. I felt very comfortable on his work and will definitely call him to work with him again if problem persists.

Samsung sub contracted to HNG my issue with the door alarm, display and freezer temperature. The tech came in at the scheduled time and he was able to fix the door keel. He was polite, knowledgeable and was a delight to work with. I was in an office meeting all through and he was understanding of that.

The receptionists answered the phone right away and was able to get me on the schedule as soon as possible. They called me a day before my appointment in the morning to provide the 3 hour window, the technician arrived on time and was very respectful and understanding of the situation. I was amazed by their service. I would recommend this repair center to anyone with a Samsung appliance. Thank you HNG

Vitaliy Velikiy is great. I recently purchased a whole set of appliances from Home Depot and the people they sent out from Premier to install and service my brand new Samsung applicances were just awful. I made a major fuss as my refrigerator was making a weird noise and the Premier people admitted they didn't even know how to service Samsung. Finally Home Depot sent out a Samsung authorized tech ... Vitaliy realized right off the bat that there was something within the refrigerator that he couldn't reach and that I needed to have this one replaced. He stayed with me while I contacted home depot and took pictures made notes etc about the problem. I am getting a replacement. He also checked that my oven was calibrated properly and went over some important points regarding the new oven. I don't know about any of their other techs, but this young man knows his stuff. Thank You so much.

Vitaliy Velikiy notified us of his ETA 20 minutes before he arrived. He was very courteous & explained what he was was done to repair my ice maker. He even asked if I wanted to save the ice cubes in the tray so we would have ice today. It was repaired quickly & the area was cleaned up. Thank you.
