This company is an authorized Samsung repair company. My mother-in-law has an extended warranty through Samsung and we started trying to have her range repaired by HNG in June; we are now in November. They have been to my mother in laws once and did not fix the issue; the paperwork that Samsung has shows nothing in regards to the work we requested (oven not getting up to proper temperature leaving food not cooked properly). I'm on my third work request with this company and my biggest complaint is not even the work not being completed. It is them not answering their phone! I have called their office number morning, noon and afternoon since all of this started. No one ever answers. I have sat on hold waiting for someone to pick up for over an hour and twenty minutes at times. This has been the most frustrating company I've ever worked with along side Samsung.

The worst Samsung contractor ever!
Over 6 weeks and the dishwasher not fixed!!!
Phone operator is extremely rude, staff do not know a thing on dishwashers or appliances.
Five appointments and every technician said something / opinion. This contractor should not be in business.
DO NOT hire them they will waste your time and money.

Vitaliy velikiy came out and although he didn’t get to repair the unit yet, did some more thorough diagnostic testing to ensure nothing gets missed. Looking forward to getting my washing machine back up and running
