Writing this review after ZERO luck from this business. Hopefully things improve and I can edit this review but for now, what a terrible business.
Found them after filing a ticket online with Samsung when my 65inch TV stopped powering on. The online system informed me the ticket would be sent to the local business and they would reach out to me- they did not. Contacted Samsung again and found the contact information for this business. Sent an email, no response. Called in 5 days ago and spoke to a tech who informed me the process and that they are behind in schedule and would contact me- they did not.
I contacted the business again, and was again given an apology and told they would contact me. Not sure what to expect at this point. I was not able to find the business on yelp, so I am adding them. The website listed for the business is also noted to be broken and has lots of spelling errors which seems a bit unprofessional. This is the only Samsung Authorized service center I could find, so if this doesn't work I guess the next step is to just buy a new TV.

Don’t bother if you are a Samsung customer. They took weeks to get back to me for an ice maker repair, then told me it would take WEEKS to get fixed. They don’t have a functional website.
I just ordered a new ice maker and installed it myself. Surprised this is an authorized repair service. Look elsewhere.See below: 7 MONTHS LATER THEY RESPOND!!
