To our amazement, their customer service was exceptional as soon as we called them. The representative was courteous and professional and given the time of the month this was during the limited free calls they were still willing to engage with my problem. It did not take long before they set an appointment for a technician to attend to the problem. I liked that they were flexible with the time of the day when I could get the services by selecting a time that was most convenient to me.
