Chimney reviews in Tukwila, Washington

“Diego came to my house and performed a detailed inspection on my fireplace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The inspection report was thorough and gave me a clear understanding of the condition of my fireplace and what needed attention. I appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of fireplace or chimney services.

Gas fireplace wasn’t heating up right yesterday. Safe Chimney Inc cleaned the pilot light and fixed the ignition. It’s cozy again and didn’t cost much. Pretty happy with how it turned out!

Safe Chimney Inc came out yesterday to clean my chimney in Tukwila. They removed all the soot and creosote buildup that was starting to clog it. Took about an hour and now the fireplace lights easy and burns cleaner. Really happy with how thorough they were and the price was fair too. Definitely worth it to keep things safe around here.

I was very pleased with the service Oscar provided. He was polite, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s not often you find technicians who are both knowledgeable and genuinely kind. He cleaned and inspected my chimney, and now it works perfectly. I felt very comfortable having him in my home, and I truly appreciate his professionalism. I highly recommend Oscar and safe chimney.

Matthew was very prompt and helpful. We had a home inspection and was told the gas fireplace didn't work. Matthew simply cleaned it and serviced it and got us up and running.

Jordi with Safe Chimney serviced out chimney today. He was very professional and explained the process of cleaning out chimney very well. Our stack really needed it as you can see in the before and after photos.

Jordi did a fantastic job with the cleaning. My chimney had quite a bit of creosote buildup. I was given a quote up front and the service was fast and professional.

We had such a great service - quick, clean, and effective cleanup to get my unit to use. Friendly, great communicator, and will come back again for support. Thanks!

Matan did an excellent job cleaning out my fireplace. He also got up on the roof and identified a couple of problems and took photos of them. He cleaned up all the dust from the fireplace sand put all the furniture back where it belonged. Thank you!

I hired Safe Chimney to come out to my condo and replace my refractory panels. They came out and provided an estimate and came out to r next day to do the installation. The guys doing the installation did quality work, were honest and professional and everything was done in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned and just like it was before the work was done. I would highly recommend Safe Chimney and their team of dedicated employees.

Jordi was a lifesaver! He came in on Saturday and was very quick and efficient in figuring out what needed to be fixed. The repairs were made in one day within the week and he just finished the cleaning. Can’t recommend a better service! Super nice and my dogs loved him too.

Absolutely wonderful experience, from beginning to end. Jordi arrived as stated. He is such a pleasant person to work with. Jordi explained everything in such detail: causes of issues and next steps. Very thorough cleaning which only took about an hour for two chimneys. Very professional but still very personable which is a great cherry on top!

Jordi was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended a service to clean our chimney and kept our home very clean while doing his work.

Quick response. But not super professional. Asked to use my trash bags, left soot on my carpet and wood floors that I had to wipe up. But my chimney was swept (not all the way to the top though). Wish they had not asked to stand there and watch me fill out this review so he could take a picture of it on his photo as a part of a company challenge.

My fireplace needed rebuilding along with the chimney cap. Jordi inspected everything initially, explained the work needed, detail by detail. He also took photos to help me understand why the work was necessary, especially for safety reasons. The whole crew was professional and punctual. Jordi also helped me find a fireplace door because I was particular about the kind of door I wanted, and he was quick to respond to my questions when he wasn't even on site. I highly recommend Safe Chimney and Jordi.

Super happy with the chimney cleaning services from Oscar at Safe Chimney. He was on time, fast, and left everything looking great. Plus, he recommended a custom rain cap that’s made a huge difference — the chimney’s way better protected now and no more worrying about rain damage.
Definitely recommend their services 100%!
