CSM Heating Cooling & Roofing did a fantastic job with the removal of our old gas furnace and the install of our new heat pump. Would highly recommend!

The CSM service technicians are great, but the office and reception staff need to consider reviewing some of their expectations for professionalism. We had arrived home after being away for many weeks to find our heat was out on a late Friday afternoon. We called and reached the receptionist, but the scheduler would not answer the phone. By the time our call was answered, we were told it was too late for a service appointment and were forced to call the after-hours number for emergency jobs. The reason this review is still a four out of five is that the technician who came out was a great representative of the company. He was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He knew just what to do and fixed our heating issue. If there was a way to call him directly and avoid the scheduling staff, this company would have received five stars. Be warned. Get through the reception and scheduling process, and the work they do is great. Two and a half out of five stars for the office staff; five out of five stars for the technician.

We are so happy we chose CSM for our new furnace and AC install. Mark was incredibly professional and took care of us from beginning to end, I highly recommend him. The install crew was great too, incredibly polite and respectful of our home. We had received 3 other bids and CSM was the most competitive, honest and reliable. We had an issue with our unit within the first week and they were out there the same day we called to address it. They have a long established history which was important to us to know they will be around should we have any issues, or need anything additional in the future.
