Capital City Landscape & Maintenance (CCL&M Anthony Grant owner) are professional, courteous, and on time. Very reasonable and honest pricing for their projects. Responsive and diligent regarding understanding their clients requests and needs. CCL&M is both new and old school enabling them to service multiple generations of clients.

This review is not a reflection of services performed as we ultimately did not use them. Called twice, mid day Thursday and again Friday, leaving messages for callback to quote a job. It was Monday evening when we were finally contacted. With no expectation for a weekend call, we felt the 2+ business days to get initial callback was excessive, and well exceeded that of other companies we called, and it set the tone for our interaction. These folks simply need to understand customer experience is an end-to-end proposition.
