He was so fast to respond to my questions and concerns. His installers, Mikhail and AJ, were so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They arrived on time for the appointment. They were super polite when communicating between themselves and to me. They took the time to answer my questions so that I could learn about the parts of the new hot water heater. Ridgecreek Plumbing has once again helped us out in a serious pinch! We're so thankful for this knowledgeable, respectful local business. We had some pipes burst during the recent freeze, and based on previous good experiences, called Ridgecreek that evening. Someone came right out the next day. After he fixed the pipe, another one burst, this time inside a wall. It required investigating, cutting into drywall, repairing... all things I knew he didn't have extra time for because pipes were bursting all over town. But he said he did not want to leave a job unfinished and would get it figured out! He did so within 15 minutes. Before leaving, he told me to walk around the whole house to listen for any other problems - he didn't want to leave without knowing all was well. We're SO relieved to have our pipes repaired, our water on, and Ridgecreek a phone call away! Seriously - thank you to Garth and Team!

Garth came out on a week-end to fix a water pipe leak for a well that serves four houses after we were unable to get a response from the well repair service.

We recently had a problem with a leaking bathtub drain. A plumber from Ridgecreek came by soon after I called and diagnosed the problem (the tub drain hose had a hole, apparently caused someone or something chewing on it) and fixed it. So glad to know a plumbing company that is responsive, professional, and does great work. I highly recommend Ridgecreek Plumbing.

My wife planned a major remodel that included expanding our master bathroom and moving the sink in our kitchen. A friend recommended Ridge Creek Plumbing so I gave them and a call and I'm thankful that I did. They were friendly and very responsive. I was intimidated by the project and Garth eased the stress from beginning to end by explaining the pros and cons of my wife's different ideas. The price was great and there were no surprise costs at the end. I paid what I expected to pay and not a penny more. During construction, they were on time and stuck to the schedule. They ended up finishing a bit sooner than expected. They kept their work areas clean and communicated with our carpenter to avoid hangups. We are very happy with how the remodel came out and how easy the process was. I highly recommend Garth and the boys at Ridge Creek. I will absolutely use them next time I have plumbing needs.

Garth has performed several plumbing services for me. Each was completed professionally, timely, and beyond my expectation. As a Professional Engineer, General Contractor, and Homeowner, I can more importantly, testify to his honesty and integrity!

We called this company on a recommendation from a coworker. They were kind and able to fit us in quickly. We had purchased a new stove and needed the stove top orifices switched from natural gas to propane/LP gas. It was the only thing the installers would not do for us. Garth was punctual but arrived not having the correct socket size to do the quick 20 minute job. There were 7 small metal orifices that needed to be swapped out. Garth had to run back to his office and get the correct tool. Luckily it was close by but it still extended the job by about a half hour. He was friendly and knew his stuff. The only reason the rating is not a 5 star is due to the cost of the relatively simple job. The cost was almost $400.
