Lio and his crew were a great find! Our daughter had used them several times and highly recommended them. They are very hard-working, fast and efficient. They truly want to do the job the way that you want it done, as well as bring in his own knowledge, ideas and experience. Lio is so personable and very responsive to texts or phone calls. My yard was in bad shape, I called and they had an opening that day. They went above and beyond with their work and my yard didnt even look this good when I moved in. They were kind and understanding about the state of the yard and did their work quickly. I highly recommend them.

We started using Salazar's Landscaping earlier this year and have been very pleased with their services. Had initially talked to a couple other companies, but they kept not returning my calls; Lio from Salazar's landscaping was very responsive, came out to get us a quote right away, and was able to start work not long after.

They do an excellent job mowing our lawn and cleaning up debris from all the trees around our home. They're very flexible with what needs to be done. For example since it hasn't rained in over a month we're moving to once a month maintenance instead of every two weeks until it rains again and things start growing.

Would definitely recommend them for your routine yard maintenance needs.

We had talked and went over what the service entailed. We asked if they could fulfill what they had promised. I left text and voice message. We where ignored and they just stopped showing up. No phone call or anything. I could’ve very easily accepted a phone call saying hey we cannot take care of your yard anymore. Or it is a big big yard and we need more money, just communicate. Of me and my wife felt very disrespected. We were 100% realistic and we were easy-going. All I asked was if we were gonna start doing the things that were promised that is all I asked and we were ignored from there no-show blown off.

We have Salazar's landscaping for regular lawn maintenance and roof and gutter cleaning as well as other services that they provide. Super reliable and professional. Friendly and honest. Reasonably priced. We are recommending Salazar's landscaping to anyone needing quality care for their landscaping needs.

Lio Salazar and his crew did an excellent job in clearing and cleaning a yard we had neglected for a long time. Mr Salazar responded very quickly to my inquiry and came to give an estimate that day. His bid was thoughtful and realistic and he listened more closely to our requests than the majority of service providers we've used.

What stands out about Lio are his consistent professionalism and excellent planning skills. He and his energetic, skillful staff members were a few minutes early and finished the job within the estimated time frame. He delegated well as needed but was also working with the crew much of the time. His interactions with the crew were professional and friendly. We were more than satisfied with the results and have already recommended him to a family member based on our experience. I love the garden Amy Wolfe designed. She met all my expectations in a very timely manner.

Our garden looks beautiful throughout the year as these professional landscaping people are with us. They tell us everything including what time to water the plants and which plants we can plant ourselves for seasonal blooms. We are lucky to have such friendly people around us.

Customer service was lacking a little, for example, showing up at agreed times, timeliness of progress plan, etc. I did not feel like enough attention was given to determining what WE wanted our yard to look like. It seemed like a standard formula was used that is probably very similar to other projects by this designer. The changes we requested were technically done, but with little effort for several items. To do it over again we would go with someone else that is more invested in learning what is important to us and delivering it.

We've done multiple projects with ARW. They do great work and responsive to requests. They are able to navigate code issues and is a good client advocate. I highly recommend them.

I love Amy's designs. I have worked with her on both commercial and residential projects. She is an excellent listener and easy to work with. I have referred Amy many times and will continue to in the future!

Amy worked with us to create exactly what we asked for in our "new" home in Tacoma in which our yards needed so much TLC and complete renovation from the previous owner. She worked closely with us in mind to capture all the elements we wanted to keep along with creatively planning a yard that was both beautiful all year long and easy to maintain. She has a solid knowledge of plants and gardening and choose lovely plants for our yard using the types and colors we loved. She also helped us locate landscapers which were able to take her plans and turn them into a beautiful reality. We couldnt be happier with our yard - its everything we asked for and more.
