Remote wasn’t working and the garage door kept hesitating halfway. Justin re-synced the remotes, fixed the wiring on the wall button, and replaced the bearings. Door is finally smooth and responsive again.

Eric arrived early and got straight to work. He performed a fireplace cleaning, removed a small bird nest, and installed a new chimney cap. Loved the clear quote and attention to detail.

The inspection was detailed and very honest. They pointed out a minor flue issue and fixed it without upselling. Professional all the way.

We moved into an older home with dirty filters and dusty vents. Liam did furnace duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, vacuumed ducts, and brushed lines through the return vents and registers. He replaced the filters and showed before/after photos. Great value for the price and the air ducts feel like new.

Kevin did a chimney cap replacement and removed a ton of creosote. He also did a smoke test to make sure there was proper airflow. Super efficient and priced right.

Chambers Bay HVAC was very timely and professional. They explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions. I now have a brand new furnace and AC unit, and all new ducting! I would definitely do business with Chambers Bay again, I was very impressed.

We were trying to get our home ready to put on the market, and we were stressed out to say the least after pre-inspection found multiple issues with the heating and air systems. Our Real Estate Agent advised us to hire an HVAC specialist, and Chambers Bay HVAC was at the top of their recommendations list. We were blown away by their customer service and how quickly they put our stress at ease. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable - they were also incredibly friendly! It seemed there was no limit to what they could do. They serviced our furnace, which led to having a few parts replaced. They installed the appropriate thermostat, replaced the filters, and overall - they really took their time to make sure the system worked optimally. I mentioned that our gas built-in BBQ, gas range, and exterior gas heaters were not working, so they even fixed those! As the home was coming closer to its list date, the cooler for the wine cellar stopped working. We called Chambers Bay right way, and they were at our house within a few hours! They even had the cooler replaced within 72 hours from the phone call! We found out that Chambers Bay HVAC was actually a division of their parent company, Chambers Bay Construction, so we hired them once again for several other items that needed to be fixed before listing. They made the experience so easy demonstrating nothing short of top-quality craftsmanship. I definitely recommend Chambers Bay HVAC & Construction for all of your heating, cooling and home improvements needs. We will be using Chambers Bay again in the future!

I reached out to Mark about a new heat pump installation in my home, and he was one of the most helpful and informative HVAC contractors I’ve come across. He was willing to go out of his way to answer my many questions, giving me detailed and honest advice. I would highly recommend consulting with him, as he is very knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth.

Everyone was very professional and efficient from our estimator Blake to the HVAV technician Austin. They explained every step of the process and did a thorough review of the systems when they were finished. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing!!! The best customer Service. BLAKE Is the most informative, honest, friendly Contractor I have ever dealt with. He came out to look at our house for installation of a heat pump. He Verbally and visually explained this system to me and my 93 year-old mother who owns the house. It was such a Great experience that After he left, my mom said she wanted to adopt him. I’m not sure how many other contractors there are in the area install heat pumps but I wouldn’t pick anyone else. I will send another review after our system is installed.

Blake was very chill to work with. Very reasonable guy. Great reasonable prices as well. Far better than DEER services! My only small knock was the communication wasn’t the most organized, but the quality of work was high and the price was definitely the most competitive!

I used Resicon to replace my gas water heater and I could not recommend them more highly. Alex and Osiel were wonderful. They explained everything really clearly and entertained me with stories of their previous jobs while they worked. Stellar humans who do stellar work. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to my friends!

Edited to add Chase, the team member who I initially spoke with, was really helpful and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated! He got me scheduled really quickly and was very responsive to texts and calls. A solid team all around. :)

Love Resicon. First, they did all the plumbing, heating, heat pump, and some electrical in my new house about a year ago... The price quote for EVERYTHING was similar to a competitors quote for only the plumbing work we wanted. They did great work, and every single employee I've encountered has been an absolute sweetheart. Then, when they came out for maintenance on for the heating system a year later, they changed my filter for me so I didn't have to crawl over to my furnace (located in a crawl space). THEN, we had some funky stuff happen with an outlet, and they came out and changed it out super quick and had great conversations about cats....as my kitten tried to climb into their bags of tools to head off to work with them. And THEN one of our water spigots was leaking and they came out quick to replace that piece while providing updates on their kiddos (since it had been a year since they were working at my house daily). They also explain to me what's going on when something breaks without being condescending, and they let me take photos of the broken pieces. Also, to clarify...the broken things they repaired were not things they had previously installed. Their year-old installations are working beautifully. I recommend them to absolutely everyone.

This is a big thank you to Blake and the Resicon crew who finished a mini split installation at my home. Blake is professional, enthusiastic, and personable. Ben and Chris did a great job with the installation; they were so prompt and kept me informed. I’m so pleased with the new equipment. It is so quiet and the heat is so even. It is definitely going to bring the 1907 part of my house into the 21st-century!
