After hearing loud pipe noises during drainage, I called a plumbing expert. The technician tightened the connections and adjusted the pipes. The noise disappeared.

Our shower pressure dropped suddenly and it was super annoying. They found a blockage in the line and fixed it without any hassle. Pressure feels normal again.

The tech handled a rattling pipe noise efficiently. After the repair, the pipes became quiet. Such a relief.

Brian did a great job unclogging my bathroom sink. He was quick and efficient. I will request him in the future.

Dan was wonderful to work with. He communicated very well about the scope of work, was on time, left the work area very tidy and did an amazing job!

Needed a plumber so I could close the sale of a house. I talked to three outfits with good ratings but I really liked the approach of "At your Service Plumbing". They charge a very reasonable $99 travel fee and show you the total cost before starting the job, and if you don't like it you're only out $99. You certainly don't see much of that these days.
They thoroughly explained the options, were very clean and got the projects done quickly.

This company has unethical pricing. Absolutely absurd costs.

We were charged $4,720 to install a water heater. I was home alone with two kids under 3 years old when our basement flooded and I made a decision in a pinch without realizing the appropriate cost for the fix. The installation took 4 hours (some of which was spent driving back to get the right tank). This means the charge was almost $1000/hour for labor. Are you kidding me?

The real kick in the pants is they charged HUNDREDS of dollars to move my washing machine (a 3 min job) to the side so the installation could take place. How about tell me that next time and I'll move it myself.

All of the sediment from the old water heater was drained onto our lawn. So, now we have a large dead spot full of gooey nasty rust and chemicals. Which happens to be right where our 10 month old baby crawls in the yard.

The earthquake strap was also drilled into the drywall, not a stud. It immediately came loose while I was removing the old flooring.

Our plumber, Kyle, was kind. But the handwritten notes after the installation don't make up for the prices the company chooses to charge.

I will never use this company again. And I will tell everyone I know to avoid them. Frankly, I was taken advantage of in a tough situation.
