Zack and Jackson were extremely professional both during the bid and repair process. I especially appreciated Jackson's attention to detail when cleaning up after the work was done. They are both very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They were able to schedule my repair and cleaning much faster than they anticipated, however it was nice that they were realistic and honest with their availability up-front.

I highly recommend Roof Therapy for roof repairs and moss cleaning.

FANTASTIC! I discovered a leak and called Roof Therapy. I had used them several years ago on another house. The estimator was kind, thorough and very professional. He even discovered something else that needed to be done after explaining why and I was grateful for that. The estimate was extremely fair and lower than I expected. Then the gentleman arrived to repair the area, he was on time and wonderful! I was impressed, getting on that 2nd story roof, and it was cold out. No complaints at all. I can't say enough good things about them. I have complete trust in them and felt very taken care of.

The best! Roof Therapy has always done a great job of routine cleaning and maintenance on my roof, and they really shine when the inevitable problems of PNW weather and a heavily treed lot occur. They have always been responsive, courteous, and timely dealing with my problems. Great communication and response. Jason has been incredible, and I've had good experiences with everyone I've dealt with from RT.

It's about time (meaning way overdue!) to acknowledge the excellent work that this company does. The bottom line is this: If you are looking for a 100% honest company that does quality work at fair prices, then stop searching -- you found one in Roof Therapy. Our family home has been serviced by Jason and his good team for 10+ years. Recently Zack found and repaired a small leak in our tile roof and followed up with some preventative maintenance. The folks from Roof Therapy -- in the field and the office -- are all friendly, efficient and good at what they do. I can't imagine a better roof cleaning and repair company. I wholeheartedly recommend them! 5+ Stars!

I am beyond impressed with this company. 100 stars. The decades of experience clearly showed during my experience with this well run small business. I had a poorly installed ridge vent that allowed moisture/snow into my attic. Nightmare!!! The Roof Therapy team diagnosed the issue/cause and suggested the right solution. Just in time for a coming storm. They communicated well, cleaned up well and did a great job. Thank you Jason and Pablo. Thank you Roof Therapy!

We were new to the area and in need of roof cleaning and moss treatment. Roof Therapy was recommended to us and we were extremely glad to have connected with them. Rebecca was VERY helpful and responsive. She secured a home visit and quote within a day and a half. She answered follow-up questions and emails right away. The estimate was reasonable and we were able to get scheduled within a couple of days. Ty performed general inspection, gutter clean out, moss removal, and application of moss treatment. He was very personable & professional and did a very nice job. Given our various mediocre contractor experiences over the last couple of years, we were pleasantly surprised in our dealings with Roof Therapy and they restored our faith in home maintenance / repair contractors. Prompt, courteous, professional. What more could you ask for? We will now use them for annual moss treatment and will most definitely recommend them to others. Two Thumbs Up to this company. Our cedar shake roof in Gig Harbor is the original roof since 1986.
Over the past 12 years we have used Roof Therapy to maintain the quality, appearance and add years to the life of our roof. Jason and his team have cleaned, replaced shakes and today re-oiled.

We are very pleased with the employees who we trust to work safely on our roof, and recommend Roof Therapy to others.

Roof looks great! Careful cleaning with no lost shingles. Moss treatment was applied quickly without a mess. The debris from the roof was cleaned up nicely and it looks like they were never here. Highly recommend!

We've used Roof Therapy for 3 years now to treat our home and our shed. They were recommended by our roofer because Roof Therapy's cleaning and treatment is safe and effective for our roof; something we want so we don't void the warranty on our roof We just had our annual treatment today. The technician came on time. He was friendly and courteous. I really appreciate that he listened to our concerns, offered possible solutions, and took time to investigate the roof and take pictures to show us. We have seen a noticeable difference in the moss growth on our roof since they started treating it. The first year we had large clumps of moss growing in different places as well as large patches of growth. They told us it would take 2-3 months to see the moss go away; and they were right. Now we see minimal to no moss growing throughout the year. So their treatments are effective, yet gentle on our roof. They also do a great job at blowing away all of the debris they blow off the roof. We will continue to use their service year after year.

My roof had a fairly heavy layer of moss and debris. Roof Therapy did an excellent job removing the moss and debris and also cleaned up around the ground where the debris landed. They were on time, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to my neighbors, family, and friends.

Highly recommend even for fixing complicated roof issues. Removed all my old vents that were leaking, dropped down the duct work & matched my old roof shingles. Pricing more than reasonable (considering everyone else wanted to replace the roof). No leaks since Roof Therapy fixed my roof over a month ago. So relieved. Thank you!

Roof Therapy was recommended to me by another very reputable roof company that was booked out 6 weeks and couldn't book me in quickly for a roof leak that suddenly appeared in my living room over an oak floor. Roof therapy promptly sent out a man to investigate the problem and give me an estimate for the repair, and a roof and gutter cleaning plus putting down zinc powder for moss control on both my house and garage. They were not pushy on selling me the extra services. They explained what was wrong and how they would do the repair to fix my problem. I asked them to repair and replace all the vents as they were all installed wrong and I felt would all start leaking in the future. They sent Sean out to do the repairs and he did all the work professionally quickly and answered questions I asked candidly with respect. I will recommend this company and employees to any one needing roof repair of any kind. I talked to three people at Roof Therapy and they all treated me as if I were a long time friend making me feel at home with them. I waited until after a hard rain to write this report I also went up into my attic and checked for any leaks and found a perfectly dry attic during the down pour. Thanks to all at Roof Therapy for such a great job on the roof and dealing with me and doing the job with in the parameters of your estimate which was a great price for the work performed.

We have had great service and quality work with Roof Therapy since we moved to Washington 12 years ago. We just had a very thorough tune up of our roof, with the older vents replaced and all exposed nails replaced with screws in sealant. Sean did a very professional and thorough job and took time to meet us and to explain how these repairs would prevent any future leaks and help our roof last longer. I highly recommend Roof Therapy !
They are very reasonable for gutter cleaning and moss treatment as well.

I have used Roof Therapy twice now and both times had a great experience. As an owner of a small home, I am often overlooked by companies who prefer bigger jobs. When I had a leak in my roof last year they came out to assess immediately and had it repaired quickly. This year I had to replace the roof on my garage and again they were able to get me booked quickly. They show up when they say they will and work efficiently.

Great work! These guys restored our 30+ year old cedar shake roof and it looks brand new. I would recommend for anyone that wants to keep their beautiful cedar roof as long as they can. Don’t fall for the trap “you need to replace that with asphalt” when you potentially have years left with proper maintenance and care

Jason and his crew are the guru's of the shake roof. They have been taking care of our roof for several years and it looks the same as it did when it was installed in 1995! You can't go wrong with these folks.
