AMS (Paul) came out the same day we called to diagnose the problem, and returned the following morning to fix it with a new compressor. Paul was friendly, professional and efficient. Our refrigerator works great!

My washing machine probably needed to be replaced but I opted instead to simply replace the giant washer that lines the inside.
AMS was so quick to respond and sent me Ivan who was so polite and sweet and even though he is clearly new to the English language, he immediately had a grasp on what needed to be done and was confident in his ability to do it.
All in all it was a very fast process, a little more expensive than I had hoped, but new washers are way more. I am happy with my decision.
