John was an amazing technician. Our freezer stopped working and when the answer wasn’t immediately clear, John leaned in and diligently worked to fix the problem. 5 stars for sure!! From start to finish, Appliance Hospital had our best interest at the forefront while navigating our sub-zero refrigerator repair. It was a long process because we needed to order a part but the situation was handled as best it could with both Appliance Hospital and Sub Zero communicating. Both companies truly cared that we were satisfied with the service and parts replacement.
