3D design Northwest was a started as a way of assisting clients with a design process which should be streamlined and more efficient than many business models previously provided. We decrease steps in the process and combine timelines to allow for simultaneous design with engineers and structural vendors, sometimes shaving weeks or even months off design process. I wanted to provide a strong structural design process which allows the client to save money on certain aspects of the structural design path, especially when we handle this "in-house". Contractors and home owners appreciate that we can often provide prescriptive lateral design , and calculations, sometimes saving between $800-$2500 on an individual project, not to mention a minimum of several weeks in design time. This is why our company was started.
