Terrible business. Recommend not using.

They have everything you can think of for your bathroom. Only their prices are 300% to high!

Lots of issues I’ve asked them to come and look at my project that they finished and they just keep saying they’ll get back to me so I’m just gonna leave this review here until they show up at my door to address it since I paid $30,000 for my bathroom!

Treats there employees horribly. The product is acrylic and not water tight and you'll have to wait at least 4 months to get it installed

This company keeps calling and calling and calling!! I never signed up for a bath remodel, I've been remodeling homes for over 30 years, I sure wouldn't hire a cookie cutter to do my work for me. STOP CALLING!!

Not sure how many times I have to block this number or tell them I’m not interested, but yet I keep getting multiple calls daily! Remove my info from your system or maybe I’ll start calling you multiple times a day.

Would not recommend if you need service. The sales person stressed the warranties to us, but we had a minor problem and notified them the day after installation and haven't heard back from them after 10 days.

They came in, gutted my outdated bathroom and replaced everything! The final product is amazing! They handled every curveball thrown at them during demo and then all my design ideas! I couldn’t be happier with the finished room and for the low price I paid it’s above and beyond astonishing! Highly recommend this company and their construction team!

never got to see anything in writing on the estimate because the salesman told me the documents were "top secret." when inquiring why a very small tub was widened beyond the width of a normal tub the owner, Ken Miller, said he didn't know but would send someone out to look at it-- no call and no one showed up. also, went from great water pressure to hardly any water pressure

Bath Planet replaced a shower and a bathtub for us. We were able to select from a wide array of options and colors during initial consultation, and jobs were completed in a timely and professional manner that fit our schedules. We love our shower (the workmanship is excellent), and would definitely recommend Bath Planet.

We are very happy and pleased with our new walk in shower. The men who did the work were very courteous and did a wonderful job . We couldn't be happier. If you are in the area ask for Bobby Colbert to come to your home and explain how nice Bathplanet is. He tells you all about what you are looking for and answers all your question.

Shower Pan they used is way too shallow for a doorless shower. I recommend they use a deeper one for future customers. It’s hard to keep water off the floor. Caulking in some spots is sloppy if you’re into details. I would expect perfection for the price we paid for a very tiny bathroom that can’t even accommodate a full bathtub. Overall it looks very nice.

Holy jeez this company is aggressive with their sales calls. I live half a country away from this company but somehow im on their call list to give me a quote for someone named Yamika. Thats not me. I never gave them my number or filled out their form or visited their website or clicked on their ad or even knew they existed until they started calling me. But they sure have called me 7 times in the last 4.5 days. We all gotta eat and pay bills and hard work is a virtue but pals - get off it. Sorry your comp plans are so aggressive that you have to stalk wrong numbers.

I had to block five different numbers from Bath Planet sales associates from calling me. I initially told them I wasn’t interested in using their services, and had to block the first number because they called 5x/day, they’ve since used 4 other numbers to harass me every day with the incessant calls. It makes me think the company is sleazy. I feel like I’m on a used car lot.

They quoted job to be done in 4 days, and they delivered! They replaced the dry rot, took out tub, replaced it with a beautiful shower. They replaced all walls, flooring, new fan, and hug new cabinets, corrected the plumbing, and re-enforced the floor, Great guys to work with, very professional, listening to all my needs and wants,

The remodeling crew removed and installed our two upstairs bathrooms. They came in on Wednesday morning and finished just after lunch the following Friday. The shower surround, shower doors, bathtub, and fixtures, are top quality. The installation was also top quality. The caulking on all of the seams was the best we have ever seen.
