They do good service there on point with what your needs are for your home but a bit pricey but get what you pay for

Charter was so prompt and did a terrific job of cleaning up the leak from the leaking sink upstairs! Vey happy with their service!

Great communication from their team. Employees on-site were great to work with.

Ray Meyers, Rob Meyers, and Justin Lauer out of the Vancouver Charter Office are amazing! I know I can call on them at any time and they will pick up my call and get someone onsite for any needs. Justin has helped me in the middle of the night with leaks, opening walls, ceilings, and immediate water mitigation. Rob was in Eugene, OR dong a completely different job and dropped everything to find another Charter team to assist me with a serious leak and had a team onsite within an hour and had an Owners items boxed and saved. This team always goes the extra mile and is always willing to take the time to educate its clients and customers. I've learned so much just by being around these three gentlemen and they always do it with a smile and no project seems too big, too much, or too stressful. Thank you Ray, Rob, & Justin for all you do for everyone in our office and our clients, especially the positivity, smiles, and laughs!

I had a water-leak emergency and the Charter team moved swiftly and professionally to mitigate the issue.

Charter Construction was prompt, professional and efficient in their response to my flood emergency in my apartment.

Rob Myers & his crew at Charter Construction is a Dream Team! Rob always responded right back with such genuine upbeat courteous reassuring responses, I knew all will be done well AND it did! He and the crew went out of their ways to work with my needs n schedule! What a fine job they did from start to finish! Deploy their services with confidence! You'll be glad you did!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Justin, Rob, Amy, and Kevin of the Charter Construction - Vancouver Branch on several projects, and I am incredibly thankful for their exceptional service. Despite my projects being a bit further away from Vancouver, they’ve been a reliable partner for my SW Portland projects, and I’ve never felt that distance impacted the quality of their work.
One of the things I’m most thankful for is their outstanding communication. They always provide timely updates on scheduling, project status, and completion, ensuring I’m never left wondering about the next steps. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and I truly appreciate their prompt and clear communication.
Beyond just keeping me informed, this team has been instrumental in helping our Owners understand the scope of each project. They take the time to explain key components, processes, and timelines, which ensures that all parties involved are aligned. This has been incredibly valuable for avoiding misunderstandings and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the project.
Even when the questions aren’t directly related to their part of the work, they’re always willing to help and provide insights. As someone without much construction experience, I am especially grateful for how patient they are in explaining things in a way that’s easy to understand.
Whether the project is small or large, Charter Construction has proven to be dependable, thorough, and professional. Their friendly, approachable team is a pleasure to work with, and I never have to worry about missing deadlines or overlooked details.
If you’re ever in need of a contractor in the Vancouver or Portland area, I highly recommend Charter Construction for anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused construction team. I am very thankful for their hard work and dedication, and they’ve been a valuable asset to all of my projects in SW Portland. If you're looking for a team that excels at communication and delivers top-notch results, do not hesitate to give them a call.

Charter is always our first go-to if we want quality and affordable work as well as knowledgeable and reliable crews!

I would like to Thank Rob and his team at Charter Construction for the worked preformed on our home . Amazing work and great service easy company to work with.

Charter construction in Vancouver WA is a very professional restoration/ dry out company. My experience with them has been top tier. I highly recommend them for their services if you need them. When I called they had techs on site with an hour! All their employees are very professional.

We have a saying at our office, “when in doubt, Charter it out!” There is a reason we use them whenever we can! Charter is an amazing company with a work ethic and attitude that are above and beyond the rest. I have worked with them on a number of projects and not once have I been disappointed or had a single complaint. Every person I have worked with at Charter has been professional, thorough, and has done an incredible job!!

If there have ever been adjustments or questions, they are quick to jump on solutions and handle change orders with no issues. I did have one really big job go to a competitor because our Board chose the cheaper bid, and that turned out to be a huge mistake! It cost us more time, energy, and money in the end. Lesson learned, and it just reinforced why Charter is our go-to. They are helpful, responsive, communicative, and just plain good at what they do (which is pretty much everything).

A very special shout out to Rob Myers, who has gone above and beyond for us (and me personally) time and again. Rob, thank you for being you. Your leadership, professionalism, kindness, and hard work mean so much, and words of gratitude never feel like enough. Honestly, give this man a raise!!

If it were up to me, I would only ever use Charter. They are the best. :)

We had a plumbing call that we couldn't get to, so I reached out to KC at Charter Construction. They stepped in right away, took care of the client, and worked fast. KC is great to work with and has an excellent team. I highly recommend Charter Construction.

We’ve worked with Charter on several jobs, and they’ve always been great to work with. As a plumbing company, we often rely on them to handle mitigation before or after our repairs, and they always respond quickly and handle things professionally. Their communication is solid, their crews are efficient, and everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Special shoutout to KC, our sales agent—she’s awesome to work with! Always on top of things, super responsive, and genuinely cares about getting the job done right. Charter makes our work a lot easier. Highly recommend them!
