Constraction reviews in Vancouver, Washington

Had a good experience working with Gutter Empire, they knocked out a full gutter replacement job in one day. Quality of product looks good and looking forward to a no clog gutter experience. I would recommend them for your gutter needs!

They installed new gutters on 152 units and did such a good job, I will use them for every property in the future. Very polite and professional. Answered all questions I had and the work is guaranteed for life. Very pleased with finished work and they even did a final walkthrough inspection. Extremely pleased!

Gutter empire replace my existing Gutter screens with a much better system. The screen is very durable and works great. I needed an adjustment on an inside corner and they came right out and fixed the issue. I would recommend this company.

I liked everything about Gutter Empire from the first phone call. Dmitriy came on time to give me an estimate and answered my many questions. He was very professional and answered my phone calls right away which I appreciated. I was kept informed of any date or time changes. Dmitriy even let me know who was coming with him to complete the job. My new gutters look GREAT and they brighten my home. I think you will be very happy if you call .Gutter Empire for your new gutters

Highly recommend Dimitriy from Gutter Empire LLC. Very straight forward on his pricing and quality of product. There was absolutely no pressure. We got multiple offers for our complete gutter replacement and Dimitriy offered overall BEST value and most importantly, TRUST! His work is professional and he and his crew worked very hard. He will personally address and rectify any question or issue with your project. It was a pleasure to work with Gutter Empire. Best of luck to this young man as he continues to build his business and hardworking reputation. Thank you! Highly recommend and would definitely hire again for another project.

Gutter Empire is my new gutter contractor. I plan to refer them to all of my clients. We have used them for two different gutter applications. Dimitri is great to work with, and very concerned that each job is completed perfectly. He uses very high quality products, and stands behind his work!

Use these guys! My husband and I were calling around to try to get estimates on gutters after having a new roof put on. The first company I called wouldn’t even come out to give us an estimate. Called Gutter empire and they came out the next day for an estimate and installed the gutters the following week. They sent paperwork thru email and sent appt reminder texts. Very professional all the way around. Color matched our trim perfectly. We have a 70’s ranch and all sides are single pieces. Opted for the gutter clean out downspouts. We highly recommend giving these guys a call! We live in the Orchards area of Vancouver and I think their shop is also, so if your in the hood these are your guys!

I'm very satisfied with the work done. They were quite clear on what they would do, and they delivered, and then some! They squared away a soggy 125 year old home. I wish I called them 10 years ago. Their communication was great and they were able to accommodate my schedule over theirs. Their fee is money well spent. Thanks!

Dmitriy and his crew do very good work. I have done a number of projects around my house and always try to do the best I can. What I noticed with these guys is they do the work as if they’re working on their own house. Something I can appreciate. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs gutter work done, the price was very reasonable and affordable.

I had some rotting sections of gutters due to large pine trees on the back side of the house I purchased last year . When I called Gutter Empire, I was immediately (pleasantly) surprised by their professionalism and knowledge about type of gutters I needed. Their service was fast, efficient and affordable. Don't call anyone else. These are the guys.

Professional service. Arrived on time. Took only 1 day. Cleaned up all debris. Friendly employees, was singing as they worked. Would definitely recommend them. Guaranteed their work.
We all need more honest and reliable companies as Gutter Empire. We would definitely hire again and again and again.
Thank-you Gutter Empire!!🏠🚙🎶

We used their service of installing gutter guard for our home. They are very professional, courteous and patient. quick to response to our questions and concerns. The people who installed our gutter guard are so generous and kind. When they saw our yard gate was broken, they fixed it before they left, without even us mentioning it. A great service team!

I hired this company to replace my entire, very old gutter system. They had to reschedule me once but communicated very effectively about that and I appreciated that alot. Once they got all of the old stuff pulled down they discovered there was tons of dry rot everywhere. The owner walked me around my house and pointed out every single issue they found so I could see for myself. There was twice as much work as we all originally thought but there was no way to know until it was all opened up. The end cost was basically doubled from the original bid, however, I am totally ok with that. Right now material costs are doubled from what they used to be and we needed more and different materials from what was originally bid. In the end though, I have a beautiful new gutter system that was installed properly and I won't ever have to have this work done again. The piece of mind I have knowing that is worth everything. The crew and the owner are all very professional, courteous and communicative. I absolutely recommend them. Worth every penny.

Gutter Empire removed and installed the gutters on our two-story house and delivered exactly what they promised: great price; high quality; intelligent design; fast, careful work; on schedule. And the gutters perfectly match the style of our house. Highly recommended!

Awesome job on the new gutters! Quality work and friendly service. Would highly recommend!

Gutter Empire replaced my 22 year old gutters and downspouts with larger size (6 in. gutters with 3x4 downspouts). Paul, Jacob and Shaun worked quickly and had the job done in less than 3 hours. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.
Update: Because of surrounding trees, I decided to have clean outs installed. Dimitry came out and installed in three areas. Turned out perfect timing as a heavy rainfall brought existing leaves out of the gutter and into one of the downspouts. The clean out caught them before they could go down into the drain. Worked like a charm. Thank you, Dimitry!

Perfect! We had an absolutely lovely experience working with Dmitriy and his team. They were responsive to our request for a quote, scheduled the work extremely quickly, did everything they said they would do, finished in a very reasonable time, and ultimately left us with very nice gutters on our home. I think our house looks a lot better with our new gutters on! The price was extremely reasonable; and they even came in a little under the quote! I would recommend this team to anyone who values paying a fair price for quality work and product. Thank you, Dmitriy and Gutter Empire LLC!

They recently installed all new gutters for our house and shed in Lake Oswego. They did a great job, the last few weeks of rain have proved that.
They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. After having so many different sub contactos at the house it was great to finally have a crew that cleaned up after the work was done. Would highly recommend them.

This is a great company. They were courteous, fast and efficient. They came out very quickly to give an estimate and were very thorough in checking our existing gutter problems. The only ones who actually got up on the roof. They offered the best price and were out the next week to install. It took only 4 hours. They left with everything cleaned up. I highly recommend! Would definitely use them again.

Gutter Empire put new gutters on my house today. They worked long and hard in cold weather and did a very good job. There were issues with a roof line that wasn’t level and they took extra time to get everything the best that it could be. All debris was cleaned up and the quality of the job and water flow was double checked and approved. The workers were polite and friendly. A life time warranty is awesome also.

Left Coast Exteriors just finished installing a new roof a few days earlier and it all looks awesome with a 50 year guarantee on the roof. Financing was made possible for me at a time that I really couldn’t afford it and everyone that I talked to was professional and kind. Thank you Dan for talking me into a job that was desperately needed.

I was extremely pleased with Gutter Empire in repairing our gutter. First, they responded before anyone else, and even dropped by to look at "the job" within a couple hours of my post describing the need. Second, I received a quote by that evening. Third, their flexible but fast scheduling got their repair people to my door before the week was out. Fourth, those people were both very professional and friendly. They worked efficiently and with obvious confidence. Finally, I received a follow-up call within an hour or two of the work being completed making sure that I was satisfied. A company that is this responsive and this capable should be considered for any gutter replacement or repair job. I strongly recommend them.
