CCR has been a rare bright spot in this big home rebuild project. Jon managed the whole contents process seamlessly. Amira, Chris B, Chris C, and Tanner loaded two truckloads back into the house yesterday, and they were timely, handled the contents carefully, were very conscientious to not damage new floors or trim, patient with all my requests to move thing around, and overall a pleasure to work with.

Akira and Kristine did an amazing job. They were quick, efficient and careful with all the things. Professional, kind and polite. Pleasure to work with this company and recommend highly.

Cooper cleaning and restoration company is wonderful from start to finish. The owner Jesse Guel is an excellent communicator. He returns calls immediately. He makes sure you know what is happening. I had a very big job. His employees did a great job with the pack out and returning the items in good shape with no remaining smoke smell . There was no comparison between Cooper Restoration and CRDN. Cooper was far superior. Cooper's workers, Akira, Chris C, Brendan, Kristine and Nate were very careful, thoughtful , and precise in unloading she truck and unpacking the boxes. I highly recommend using Copper for restoration of damaged items.

I have worked with Leah, Jesse, Jon and Grace for several years for content packouts/manipulation and final cleans on my flood & fire restoration projects. When I bring them out to a home to review with an owner, I can vouch for them 100% and they always back it up. Hiccups happen in restoration projects, and CCR always goes above and beyond to ensure that everything was exactly back to how it was before.

A few months ago I had a flood at my own home and I immediately called up CCR, knowing I could trust them with the care needed to pack out all of the contents from my home for repairs.

Akira, Nate & Jordan were the crew who packed things up and moved things out. They took great care with everything and were extremely thorough. I felt comfortable throughout the whole packing process that my items and furniture would be safe while away from my home.

Graham, Tanner & Ashton were the crew who packed all of my contents back into my home. They were quick and efficient, and continually asked me questions to make sure items were being placed back in the areas needed.

I would recommend CCR to anyone going through any kind of flood/fire repair, relocation, or any moving & cleaning needs.

CCR handled the pack out for a recent restoration for me. Highly recommend Cooper Cleaning & Restoration. Like other reviewers, we had our pipes burst in Portland's epic January 13, 2024 ice/wind storm. Our contractor put us in contact with Cooper Cleaning & Restoration and from my very first call with Grace (estimator) I knew we were dealing with high integrity professionals. Delightfully friendly and experienced, Grace's response time was immediate, her assessment on target, and her committment to quickly reply to questions by phone/text/email was expedient. From start to finish she handled all communication and negotiations with our adjuster.
It was great having her take the lead on this aspect of our claim.
Not only was Grace a pleasure to work with, so are all the crew members who packed us out. High praise for Graham (project manager), Brendan, Jordan and Kristine. They packed our belongings meticulously, were incredibly respectful, and worked for 3 days in extreme heat, always maintaining a cheerful and helpful attitude. Fantastic experience!

Shout out to Chris C., Tanner, James, and Brendan! They did a fantastic job at packing up our dining room to prepare for our new floor. Everything was wrapped up tight and delivered back in tiptop shape, along with being very personable and friendly with us and our three dogs and two cats. We were pleased with the services of Cooper Cleaning & Restoration as they helped with the restoration of our kitchen after a leak caused a lot of water damage. Their team consisted of Akira, Brendan, James, Nate and Kristine. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very respectful of us and our belongings as they packed up and moved out our furniture and belongings to prepare for the next step.

Update Sept 2024 - last time we had this moving company due to an insurance claim, but they were so great we kept their info as we knew we had another job coming. This time we used them when we chose to replace our carpet. They quickly and efficiently moved all our upstairs furnishings to our garage and then came back two days later to put it all back. They were punctual, careful, respectful and got a job done in mere hours that would have taken us days. I'd choose this company for any move, thank you Chris C., Jordan, and Nate (again).

Absolutely the best service. Chas,Nate and Tanner were great and caring with our belongings. Everything was wrapped with padding and plastic to protect our belongings and at the time to move into our home the crew did great and knew where to put everything. I can't leave out Jon. He kept us informed during this whole process. I would Absolutely recommend CCR for your moving needs. You will NOT regret it.Chris C and Tanner did a fantastic job packing everything. Absolutely great.

Cooper Cleaning and Restoration provided outstanding service! Graham, James, and Nate delivered my household contents back to me with impressive professionalism, politeness, and efficiency. Grace and Jesse were excellent at communicating and were very patient with my many questions and reschedules.

It was a terrible unplanned disaster, but Chris C, Nate, and Tanner came in and packed up all of our stuff, much of it done with me away, dealing with my myriad of workshop gear, and all the furniture, and so much more. They did a wonderful job packing it all up and taking it away, and just as wonderful in returning it and getting the furniture set back up. All of them were personable and had great customer interaction skills. 5/5, A+, these guys deserve a raise or bonus.

We had great experience with this company. The movers were very very thoughtful, very careful with our furniture and there was absolutely no damage to either furniture or walls. They moved everything with extreme care and never rushed. They packed and stored our stuff for a year and then brought them back. Zero damage to anything! They made sure that we were happy with location of all items and carefully repositioned furniture until we liked them where they were. Our team were Akira, Brendan, Chris C. And Tanner. All very experienced, very thoughtful and respectful. We very highly recommend this group and especially feel lucky that the team assigned to us was truly amazing!
