Mario and his team did great. They removed three walls, turned a closet into a pantry, added electrical, re-routed pluming, and fished with drywall and texturing. By far the most impressive though was that they matched the existing ceiling textured by making a custom stamp out of a sponge and some hot glue. Very ingenious. We are only done with part of our remodel and will definitely be booking Service Group on our next two projects.

Mario and his team did a very wonderful job on our House. We wanted to pen up our kitchen space to have more room and be able to add an Island and so needed to have a Beam installed to take the weight of the missing wall for support. Everything that Mario and his team did were very professional. They were always on time if not early. They always talked to me and asked questions to make sure I was happy with what was being done to be sure I was 100% satisficed. They got everything done in a timely manner which was about a week and a half. The drywall job was a perfect match that was done by Able!. That guys an artist.
Everything was always cleaned up and put away at the end of the day so the space was still usable at night as we were still staying in the home during construction. Thanks again Mario and team. I will be using your services again very soon. I have attached some pics of the progress. We are still in kitchen remodel but attached what I have and will try to add more when we are all done!

Mario and his crew did a great job on a bathroom remodel and ceiling repair (from the leak that led to the remodel). They were very attentive, did great work, and turned a stressful situation into a great upgrade to our home. Mario is honest and fare. I highly recommend SGC!

Mario completed our custom closet project with a good final result at a fair price. The finished work looks very nice, and he was responsive throughout the process. He performed the work while we were away on vacation and cleaned up the work area. We appreciated his efforts to wrap things up in a timely manner and are satisfied with how the project turned out.

Mario Bustamante and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. They completed a kitchenette cabinet top and sink. They replaced all of the bathroom fixtures to create a handicap accessible bathroom, complete with roll in shower. They replaced the tile floor in the bathroom and the vinyl floor in 2 other rooms. They put in a wall. They moved a light switch, multiple outlets and the house thermostat. They also changed a built in stove to a stand alone stove, which required cutting through a tile cabinet top to widen the space. They replaced the dishwasher. And they put a utility sink in the garage.

We expected our renovation to take 2 to 3 months. The work was completed in 6 weeks, and everything looks fantastic. The workers were not only excellent at their jobs, but considerate of the family's continued presence during the renovation.

We were also pleased that everyone gave us good recommendations on what to get and where to get it, and were very specific on what products to get. It made shopping quick and easy.

I would highly recommend Service Group Construction. I hired them a second time to put the finishing touches on our bathroom (things that weren't covered in the initial renovation contract).

We had a small bathroom remodel that needed much TLC. Mario and his crew showed up on time and did a wonderful job. They were organized, very professional and stayed on task until the job was done. A special thanks to Leo who did most of the work. The bathroom was finished on time and we will definitely use them again.

We had a dishwasher failure that caused a catastrophic water leak in our kitchen which resulted in the loss of our flooring and cabinets. We interviewed multiple contractors and chose Mario and his crew for three main reasons. First of all, everyone was incredibly friendly and easy to get in touch with regarding appointments and work needing to be done. Second, we had a fixed budget and wanted to do some of the work ourselves. Mario was very understanding, and helped us to stretch our budget to include upgrades we didn’t think we could afford. The third reason is that our work happened over the summer when contractors are extremely busy. Mario promised us that he could get the work done two months before all the other estimates we had could provide. He even was able to start the cabinetry install earlier than estimated.
Our kitchen is now beautiful, modern and upscale. Friends and neighbors are always impressed with the changes.
I can’t say enough about how pleasant Mario’s crew was. I was home with my three kids during all the work and they were all so friendly, polite and hardworking. They obviously care about doing a good job.
I give a four star review, instead of five because of details that I feels could have been executed more professionally from the contractor stand point. We spent a lot of money and there were multiple small details that we had originally discussed with Mario that were not noted and we had to remind him at the completion of the project that we had discussed them previously and needed them done. Perhaps more note taking during consultation and a details check list upon completion would be most helpful?
I would however recommend their work. I am happy with our finished product.
