Electrical reviews in Vancouver, Washington

We had them do all the electrical work for our mother-in-law unit and they were very professional, did a walk through the day of to make sure we were on the same page about what and where we wanted everything. They were very quick and always were there to answer questions. Would hire them again.

These guys show up at 5am to work on a property being built next to me. They are using impact drills, shop vacs, and all other loud equipment before 7am. I’ve asked them to stop and they ignore me. Very poor company based on how their employees operate.

While this is not about actual service, I believe that if your employees can't drive with respect and patience, it reflects on the type of work they do.
This morning one of your drivers in Portland on SE Holgate was driving recklessly, speeding and trying to pass 3 other vehicles (a bus, me, and a car behind me) on a solid double yellow line. This is illegal. And Holgate is a residential street with a lot of foot traffic even at 6:45am. The thoughtlessness behind such an act is dangerous as well. Please educate your drivers so that they don't cause a vehicular accident or plow over a pedestrian using a crosswalk.

Edit: No, I did not get a vehicle number. Unfortunately.

I’ve used sunlight for multiple projects and they’ve always been great. Professional, great work and good price. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to get some electrical work done.

We have worked with Sunlight on a number of projects, and they have always been responsive, timely, and offered competitive pricing while providing high quality work.

My preferred electrician for ALL commercial work. Highly recommend Sunlight for their timeliness, organization, communication, and quality of work. Dimitri is a great PM and I would recommend Sunlight to anyone for commercial or residential work.

Dimitri and the team at Sunlight Electric are top notch! I had the opportunity to work with them on my building remodel. They were professional, on-time, within budget and super responsive and communicative. I'll be using them for all future commercial electrical projects moving forward. Couldn't recommend enough!!!

Working with Sunlight Electric has been an absolute joy, creating an efficient and pleasant work environment. From start to finish, the experience has been exemplary.

When our electrician, Tom, arrived, it was immediately evident that we were in the hands of a true professional. Tom was not only pleasant to speak with but also displayed a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His confidence and the way he effortlessly handled every aspect of the job showcased his many years of experience.

This exceptional experience with Sunlight Electric exemplifies the type of company our community needs. Their dedication to excellence and the caliber of professionals like Tom set them apart. I wholeheartedly recommend Sunlight Electric for their stellar service and commitment to serving our community.

Sunlight Electric is simply the best! Their decades of work, attention to detail and follow through have built this company’s reputation. I’ve had nothing but the highest levels of professionalism and superb communication in working with them. Ten out of ten!!

Petr at Sunlight Electric is a top professional, most knowledgeable, we absolutely appreciate his expertise! Sunlight now provides underground electrical services — this is an absolute must for us in near future!

Sunlight Electric has been a pleasure to work with, they are prompt, very informative and keep us up to date on all projects they have assisted us with over the year! An exceptional company to work with and will continue to be our "go to" for all electrical repairs!

We had Sunlight Electric install new under cabinet lighting in a new house. They gave a very fair quote for the job, came out a couple days later and installed the new lights within 4 hours. Lights look great, very happy with Mark and Daniel's work. We will use Sunlight again for future projects.

Nikita is an outstanding electrician! His communication is excellent, and he consistently follows through on updates. I appreciated his attention to detail and his dedication to educating me throughout the process. If you need a reliable and hardworking electrician, I highly recommend Nikita!

We bought a new build and wanted to add in an additional outlet to the garage. The electrician was great, but the project manager that quoted me around $180 - $200 originally and then decided not to tell me that it doubled due to them putting it 2-3 feet from its original spot (near the breaker box). We’ve had multiple electrical issues throughout the house and it hasn’t been pleasant, especially because it’s a new build and you hope that everything is in working order when they decide to sell.

I have worked with Sunlight Electric as a commercial construction superintendent for many years. Additionally, I have had them in my home for residential work. My wife also works in the construction industry and has had many interactions with Sunlight and their team members. We are both extremely happy to work with such professional tradesmen. I highly recommend their services and look forward to working with them for many more years. Keep up the good work Peter and team.

I couldn’t be happier with the electrical work done on my apartment project and my personal home. Working with Sunlight Electric, even before the permits were issued was detrimental in successfully completing my projects.
Every one from upper management to all the journeymen and apprentices in the job were really knowledgeable, professional and super helpful. From start to finish, the team was responsive, and incredibly skilled. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and handled every part of the job with precision and care. The quality of their workmanship truly stands out—everything was done cleanly, safely, and exactly to spec.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. They offered thoughtful solutions, kept the site tidy, and finished the project right on schedule.
If you’re looking for a reliable electrical company that delivers top-tier results, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Sunlight Electric completed electrical work on my new residential custom home construction project. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to adapt quickly to the needs of a custom home build and maintained close communication regarding timeline and expectations. They passed all inspections in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again for electrical work. Well done!
