I called Craig to get an estimate on replacement of my circuit breaker panel. His estimate was very reasonable. The old panel was replaced today. He was promptly on site, got the job done efficiently, cleaned up the work site. Thanks Craig! Job well done.

I called West Coast Electric and left a message needing help to fix an unexpected loss of power to all electric outlets in the garage, which of course prevented the garage door opener from working. I later received a call from Craig and he quickly narrowed down the problem to a GFCI outlet I had tested and improperly reset. The whole thing took under 5 minutes by phone, which, despite my offer of compensation, Craig declined. He also gave me a very reasonable quote for installing additional lighting in the garage. Overall a very nice experience and I will certainly contact him when I decide to do the lighting upgrades.

Craig is just an outstanding electrician. He has installed lights and smart light switches for us as well as fixed all of my do-it-yourself mistakes. He's super responsive and very reasonably priced for his expertise. I would highly recommend him.

Craig was very kind to come up, with short notice to solve our problem.. He searched until he found the problem and fixed it with ease, all while respecting our home and was courteous, professional and efficient. I have done several projects with Craig. His expertise, is outstanding. He has replaced my panel boxes and track lighting in my kitchen. When I had last minute projects he made time for us. I can't say enough good things about Craig at West Coast Electric! After weeks of trying to get our hot tub to work and dealing with all sorts of confusion and troubleshooting with various people, Craig came out very next day and got it all working. He was quick doing the work and punctual. We live in Vancouver, WA. Really friendly and very informative, and explained everything he did and why. If you need ANY electrical work, hot tub related or otherwise, I recommend him highly. I was even able to talk to him on a Sunday evening, expecting to get a voice mail but he picked up and gave us a lot of things we could look at over the phone before coming and charging for a visit. Craig is a master at his craft and a true professional. He solved a challenging wire puzzle that was beyond my skill level and successfully installed a smart dimmer and brought light back to my stairwell. I had called a few other companies, but their wait time was a month. Craig was able to come within a few days. Craig was very knowledgeable about our old breaker panel. He was able to replace the breaker switch, changed our thermostat out that had been wired wrong, and checked our other thermostats to make sure they were working properly before he left. We have been able to stay warmer with our heat at a steady temperature rather than having to turn on and off the breaker switch. Thanks Craig!

From his extensive experience, Craig was able to determine a bizarre modern wiring setup where a fan was not turning on from being connected to a moisture (humidity) sensor that was overriding it. Craig was professional, and recognized the issue almost immediately. He even fit us in his schedule the same week, a rarity, it seems, in the 2020s. We’ll be using his services again if anything else comes up.

We had just moved into our new home a week before we had a problem with one of the outlets in the kitchen. The power strip and nightlight plugged into it completely melted down to the wires. We called Craig and he responded to us immediately and was at our house within an hour. Craig diagnosed the problem and had it fixed 30 minutes later! We felt confident with Craig’s work and reassured from him telling us our house was safe! In a very scary situation we really appreciated that! Thank you Craig! Also, before leaving our home Craig spent 20 minutes with us going over his recommendations for other work we wanted to get done around the house. We will be calling West coast electric again for all of our electrical needs!

I was charged $370 (over $400 with tax) for one of Craig's electricians to come out and do a routine check on my panel. I had explained to Craig that my mom who was living next door had a house fire that was caused by her faulty electrical panel and that we were hoping to get ours checked for peace of mind. I didn't hear back from Craig when I reached out to him for over a week then he texted me saying he could come out within the hour. His electrician showed up a couple of hours later and was very nice and professional. I just had no idea that I would be charged so much for such a quick and easy trip for them.

WOW! Working with Craig was a great experience and I highly recommend him! He went above and beyond customer service, and changed HIS schedule around to accommodate our family who had no hot water. He was knowledgeable, explained everything as he was working, was very personable with myself and my children and was fairly priced - you just can’t beat that combination. We are very happy and will definitely be calling him again in the future.

I had Craig check out a mysterious issue my tenants were having with their oven. He worked so well with my tenants, and he also fixed the issue lickety-split and for a very reasonable price! I needed to get my light switches replaced in my a room with a ceiling fan as well as my basement. Craig was excellent and was able to get them replaced quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Craig is very professional and always on time. His quality of work is excellent. He installed a 220 for us in our garage for our electric vehicle, and helped us figure out a problem we were having with an exhaust fan in our bathroom. We had him back shortly after to install some ceiling fans and a light fixture. I would highly recommend him for any electrical needs you may have. He is great!!

Craig was excellent! He quickly sorted out the problem with our bathroom fan (duct size was too big and there was sheet metal and a wasp nest blocking the vent!). He was flexible with his time and very nice!
