Invisible Fence Brand

9 years ago we had two wonderful labs who loved to break out of the house and go on a " walk about", I couldn't really blame them since our fence never got completed and they had to be chained up in order to go outside. We couldn't trust them to come back when called. Anyway, I met an invisible fence representative at a convention and I got started.
The 2 week introductory period was easy to follow and when our trainer came back on training day, But i had my doubts. My younger lab would charge the door in order to get out, but he reassured me. He would stand in the yard to monitor and I was to open the front door. Our dog Grommit must have hit every contact point, and before we knew it he had gone straight back inside the house. Within days both dogs had a acclimated to their new boundaries, and I cried when we watched them playing together for the first time in their own back yard without chains!
We have since gotten two new pets that have "grown up" with their boundaries, and my sense of safety for them is unmeasurable.
We have only had to call for service a couple of times, and I always get prompt attention, and EVERYONE is so nice. Customer Service is awesome!

Invisible fence was fantastic to work with. We have a large yard and I wanted 2 distinct zones for our puppy. Invisible fence sent out an installer/trainer to help us and our pup learn the system. Included in the price are multiple visits/trainings and our pup learned very quickly. Aaron and Nate have been especially helpful, quick to respond to help with any minor question I’ve had, even nights and weekends. Can not recommend them highly enough!

Invisible Fence has dramatically improved the quality of life for our dog. Our technician Cody walked us through all the steps of the process and is always available for questions, check-ins, etc. His customer service is super quick and responsive. We would highly recommend this company!
