We had an excellent experience at Great Floors working with Sydney Roberts recently. We were unfamiliar with carpeting types and styles and she gave us a lot of helpful information as we made our decisions. The installation was very smooth and professional as well. The next time I need carpeting in my home I will definitely go to Great Floors again. Thank you!

I just had the carpet in my bedrooms replaced and had a wonderful experience with Great Floors & Sydney. The process was easy. Everything from help in choosing the one I wanted, to the quote and then the install was great. No hidden costs and the timeline was exactly what they said it would be. Definitely will be recommending them in the future.
