About the business:

JDI Construction was founded in 2007 by Alex Kulchitskiy and his family, driven by a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and reliability. What began as a small remodeling company quickly grew into a trusted name across the Portland and Vancouver areas—known for superior workmanship, honest communication, and a smooth client experience.
As the company expanded, Alex’s sons, Art and Vlad, joined the team. In late 2019, Art took ownership, bringing strong leadership, a passion for service, and extensive experience in construction and project management. Under Art’s direction, JDI has continued to grow while staying true to its core values of integrity, innovation, and excellence.
Today, JDI Construction remains dedicated to delivering high-quality results and upholding a family legacy built on trust and craftsmanship.
