Steve came out and talked to me like I was a real person. Explained the whole process and what I could expect from the crew. They arrived on time and started working immediately. You could tell the crew knew exactly what they were doing and also let me know what to expect.
The most impressive thing about these guys is their friendly cohesion as a crew. Everybody works. The owner included. I was also noticing that they did not half -ass anything. In fact they went the extra mile.
I have had other contractors doing the exact same project and these working professionals outworked and outperformed them hands down! I would recommeng that you give these guys a chance to bid on your job and hire the very best. I will for sure be having them back for additional work after watching them on my roof.

Not above average, I got a new roof it’s new so it looks nice. Anything new looks nice. Never got a final receipt. They borrowed my hose, and somehow got punctured a few times when I brought it to their attention didn’t seem to bother them. Went out got a new hose for them and the one guy asks me if I’m going to switch it out. Reaching out to the company got a response from one number which basically told me I was imagining my concerns. The tone of the texts was not very nice and had to block the number. Being called a grinch by one worker really made this experience negative. Time will tell with the workmanship. If there happens to be a problem would not rely on them to take care of it, I would find another company.

Santiago Contractors are great 100%. I appreciate their ability to quote and provide great service! I have used them to redo my office space, bathroom, and even a pickleball court for use at home. I recommend Santiago general Contractor for any size job!
