Holt Homes

Since then, we've spent 15 years buying and developing residential lots and building single-family residences for sale. During that time, we've developed more than 10,000 lots and homes in Washington, Oregon, and California, focusing on entry-level house and first and second move-up buyers. Helping people achieve the pride of home ownership has been a great joy to us.

We've also built several subdivisions for military housing in Washington. We were proud and humbled to help provide comfortable housing for our nation's true heroes.

We love building homes that enhance the community and surrounding neighborhoods that appeal to buyers and that are also lasting values. This will be the most important asset most families own over time and it is important that Holt homes hold their value and have the added benefit of being a wonderful place to live. Holt Homes is proud be a local builder.
