Structure of homes is solid but some of the worst finish work I've seen in a new home. Walls don't meet floors, concrete sinks Crack and bust out of concrete counters. Cheapest thermostat on the market that is incorrect for my ac unit. Vent from dryer into crawl space and now vented to outside. Randy their "project manager" just makes excuses on how to make things work. Very cheaply finished.

Joe Gersen the Warranty Manager went above and beyond my expectations! He made sure to respond to my calls in a timely manner and went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly with my transition to home ownership. I highly recommend!

Do NOT use this company to build your next home. You have been warned! Derek BOE built several of the homes in our Vancouver neighborhood on 54th Circle and literally EVERYONE is unhappy with this builder, and him personally. We have had multiple issues and honestly, there are just too many to name or list here. I filed a BBB report on them as well. This was the 2nd home we have built and I regret the whole experience. DO NOT let StoneRidge get anywhere near your house or your lot, you will regret it! You can call or visit and I will tell you the whole story, just avoid them please.

Homes are designed well but the overall finish of the work is just basic with a lot of flaws. We noticed imperfections as we began to settle in such as uneven window sills, carpet damage, electrical issues, drywall patches that were done poorly etc. Be sure to check that the floors are what they say they are. We were informed it was hardwood floors, but they were actually laminate.

Bought our home a little over a year ago and I still love it! Of course there have been some things that needed attention but Joe was always available and any problems were corrected right away. I had my one year inspection a month or so ago and there are only a few little things that need attention. I don't expect any problems at all.

So far my husband and I are very happy with our Stoneridge home! Joe has been really responsive and helpful with any issues, and we were able to make sure we did multiple walk-throughs before signing. Obviously, it's a great price, so there are minor imperfections... that's just part of the price we're paying and the speed at which the house went up, and I think, to be expected. Stoneridge was very responsive to fixing anything we pointed out on walk through, though, and we knew what we were getting in to, so we're just fine. Can't speak to the endurance of the house yet, since we haven't lived here long, but so far we're really happy.

We just moved in to our new home about two weeks ago and are still adjusting. So far we love it! Moving in to a new home you expect that somethings will need touching up or even replacing. It has been so nice to have Joe Gersen helping us out. He really has been excellent to work with. Regardless of what it has been, he has always responded right away and made sure we have a solution. It is much appreciated and thankful to have someone so approachable to deal with!

Come on over to Ridgefield if you're looking for a home built by them. I'll put you in contact with 7 different owners that would NEVER EVER use this builder. Brand new town homes built in 2017 (the ones pictured in Google maps) that have been plagued by nothing but problems. It was a terrible experience from day one through the moment our warranty was up. We still have the problems, only now we have to deal it alone. This builder has no integrity, no sense of pride, no professionalism and no moral compass. If you want to please feel free to contact me. I only want to save you from making the mistake my wife and I did. I'll be happy to invite you into my home and show you the corners they cut. I have emails of them saying "oh well" and bills from mistakes I had to pay for. Your home is something you should be proud of, not something you can't wait to move out of...

At first I thought new construction would be too expensive for me, come to find out working with StoneRidge was more affordable than buying a used home! I loved working directly with the owners, they were able to answer all my questions and resolve my issues right away. We looked at several other model homes from other companies but nothing seemed to compare to the quality StoneRidge utilizes in their construction. My wife and I are a 1000% more satisfied knowing we are living in a home that is built to last for many years to come.

We just purchased a home in the new ST Johns Development and we are the first house finished in the development. Overall the quality is good. They were very applicable to all of our needs and wants. They truly made our home into exactly what we pictured. A super special shout out to Derek the builder. This man went above and beyond with everything he did. He responded to all of our text messages as soon as he read them, he would contact us about things with the house asking if this is what we pictured, and if anything was wrong he would address it, and even do it himself. He works day in and Day out, and I honestly couldn't be happier with going through his business. I recommend his services to friends and family and to anyone reading this, along with his landscaping crew, they knock it out of the park.
