My carpets were very dirty but now they look brand new! I was actually very surprised. My technician was awesome as well. He earned you a new annual customer!

If you have pet stains you want removed they can remove it!! We have 4 dogs and despite our best efforts to get the stains out, we couldn’t. Chem-dry came in, treated the stains, and got our carpets fantastically clean. I’m so glad we went with chem-dry!

Jon with ChemDry recently cleaned our carpets, and we are thrilled with the results. He was thorough and was able to remove lots of stains from both pets and kids. Would highly recommend their services.

0 Stars (I had to click 1 star to be able to post). I called several weeks ago to schedule a carpet cleaning for yesterday. Time slot of 12-2 PM. Nobody ever called yesterday. I waited around all afternoon. I called in and left a message. Nobody ever called me back. They may be short-staffed - many businesses are, I get that. But no call back to explain anything? I will not use this business again.

Wow! Our initial contact with Vicki in the office was positive. She accommodated our schedule and let us know what to expect.
We were very impressed that Jake called us ahead of time to let us know exactly when they would arrive within our assigned “ window”.
Jake and his helper Jeremiah did such a good job. Jake went above and beyond explaining the process, our choices and how to best follow up continuing care of our area rugs and carpet. Over the years we have used many different companies, but none of them can compare to ChemDry. Their process is very effective without drenching your carpets.
We will only use ChemDry. If you call, ask to have Jake because he really cares about doing a good job and is a treasure trove of information about rugs and carpets.

We will only use ChemDry. They do an excellent job at getting out the stains. We have used other companies in the past that have left our carpets really wet, brought the dirt to the surface and our socks would turn brown, left an odor or have broke a lamp or object. We have never had any issues with ChemDry. Our carpets are 30 years old, we have 2 boys, a dog and muddy property but you would never know after ChemDry has come! Very pleased! Don’t go anywhere else! They are affordable, professional and the best! Megan and Shane thank you so much!

Jake O'Brien did an excellent job on our carpet. We have two dogs so our carpet was in bad shape. Our carpet looks and smells fantastic.

These folks are all about being accommodating: they worked around my schedule; had an estimate done when we needed them to; fixed the error when addressed and went out of their way to make us happy. It was a big house we just bought and moved in. The carpet was past due for deep cleaning and Jake with his partner came in to get the job done right. Excellent job, guys!

My experience was very good. The techs called ahead and arrived in their window. They were courteous and provided an estimate up front that squared with what I was told on the phone. They worked quickly and thoroughly. The total came out lower than quoted because the job went better than anticipated. Great results too. The carpet and upholstery dried within a few hours. No crunchy carpet after the fact. We vacuumed one more time prior to putting the furniture back. The cleaning process brings the dirt and fibers to the surface for easy removal. The house is fresh and looks great! We’ll be using ChemDry again.

We were really impressed with the results! Our family has 4 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats with almost white carpet. Between the pet stains and kids we didn’t have high expectations but we were really amazed by how clean everything was and the fresh smell! Also, the technician was very friendly and we felt comfortable with him in our home.

Our experience with Chem Dry of Vancouver was terrific. The management was friendly, flexible on date and time and happy to have our business when they took my call. Jake and John worked hard to get the carpets in my newly purchased home as close to perfect as possible and Jake also did a great job on my rental property. Chem Dry of Vancouver was on time, fast, careful, thorough and kind. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

It's a bummer for me to leave a review like this but unfortunately I feel I need to. I used Chem Dry when we first bought our house 7 years ago, and they were amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone that asked about carpet cleaners, especially anyone with pets. I need to get the carpet cleaned again so my first thought was Chem Dry because I had such a positive experience the first time. I was scheduled to have am estimate (because I understood costs have changed over 7 years) in early October. Unfortunately the day of I promptly got a call due to staffing it needed to be rescheduled. Robert was more than willing to have someone come out 2 weeks later but due to my schedule I pushed it out to today. My time was supposed to be between about 8-830 ish. I had to call the company at 9 because I hadn't heard anything. I got a call back about a half hour later and it was assumed the technician had arrived. Why there's no check in between technician and the company is something I don't understand but that's okay. I received a decent apology but it seemed more like an excuse for the technician than anything. I asked about the possibility of a slight additional discount in addition to the returning customer one, if I went with the estimate based on not awesome communication. I was told that's not something normally done which I found a little odd. Especially because in my line of work, I do do that if a customer is having a not great experience, especially if it's company based. But I understood that but didn't think it'd hurt to ask. I was told Rob would look into the technician and call me back. I had to call again an hour later and when I gave him my name, he had no idea of our previous conversation earlier, which bummed me out. I usually am not one to leave reviews like this, but when I told him I'd no longer need the estimate he didn't even try to apologize or explain or offer any other solutions or fix. Not even an offer to come out tomorrow. That would have solved everything. I won't be recommending Chem Dry anymore which is a shame because I really liked them. I guess cost isn't the only thing that changed after 7 years 😕

They are experts in maintenance, they came to my apartment and in 30 minutes they left the carpet in the room as new, they are serious, they work quickly and with the main thing high quality of work, thank you very much for your good work
