Lonnie and his crew did an outstanding job of removing over 100 feet of overgrown and dying arborvitae trees in our yard. He responded very quickly to my request for a quote, and then again to get the work done. His quote was very competitive, and the quality of work was excellent. He was on time, communicated well and the clean-up was very thorough. Alpha Tree provided top-notch service and I highly recommend Lonnie and his team.

The guys at Alpha are amazing. They felled a tree for us into a 10 foot wide space. The climber was safely tied in and followed safe systems to cut the top out. The people on the ground continually cleaned up the limbs and kept the area safe and clean. In the end they did exactly what we requested and left the area cleaner than we ever expected! The men were conscious of safety and were respectful and professional.

Alpha tree Care is the best in the business! If you are given a bid from Lonnie, understand it is the best price you will get in town. He and his crew will show up on time and do exactly what you want done. Alpha dropped four trees for us today, cleaned up and made dealing with the fire wood we asked to keep very easy. If you liked being yelled at first thing in the morning, Lonnie is your guy. We had an appointment for 8:00am to have a tree cut down today. At 7:45 he began ringing the doorbell, texting, and calling me. I didn't answer because I keep my phone on DND at night and I didn't hear the doorbell. My dogs didn't even hear the doorbell. At 7:50 I turned my phone on and immediately got a call. It was Lonnie. He says "are we doing this today? I've been calling and ringing your bell.". I replied, you said 8:00am, it's 7:50. And before I could say anything else he just starts barking questions at me. I sent my husband down to talk to him and he had complete attitude and then said "are we going to have a problem?". WHAT?!?!
My husband told him to get off our property. I don't know what kind of bad day he is having, but that is NOT how you treat and speak to customers. I won't be calling them again, EVER.

Lonnie and his amazing team went above and beyond completing both projects quickly and efficiently with superb attention to detail especially during clean up. Super easy to work with, very fair pricing and extremely knowledgeable about the health of our trees. Would 100% recommend.Looking forward to seeing the team return for additional projects this Fall.

Recently Alpha Tree Care removed one dead pine tree , one that was dying and a giant grand fir tree that we were concerned about falling on the neighbors home some year...
The crew did a good job communicating, grinding up all the limbs and cleaning up all the dibrie. They had safety gear harnesses and gear that kept them safe while hundreds of feet up in the trees. We're very satisfied with the job well done and at a good price. It was fun watching them skillfully take out the trees.

Lonnie did a great job removing a diseased birch tree on a very cold day in the dead of winter. He's knowledgeable, responsive, and gave competitive prices. I had some hesitations because half the tree was over the neighbor's yard and he had to temporarily remove a chunk of fence to access the neighbor's side. But everything worked out great. Would use him again.

Had two giant elm trees removed after they started dropping large branches regularly. It was quick, safe, and reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier. I asked for them to be cut down as logs rather than rounds because I'm a woodworker. Now I have a safe yard for my kids to play in and a ton a of beautiful elm slabs.

Lonnie's team was very professional and always showed up on time ready to get to work. I was very impressed on how they removed 2 100 plus fir trees with no damage to buildings that were in close proximity. I would recommend them and yse them again

Alpha Tree Care did an amazing job in my yard. We took down three big trees and then about seven smaller trees, very professional.
My fruit trees needed a professional to thin out properly. Came on time, cleaned up all the mash and left right on time.

Over the last 10 years Lonnie of Alpha Tree service has become my goto for tree removal. He knows his stuff. Lonnie has taken down about 2 dozen trees for me over the years and always with great professionalism and expertise.
My only regret is that I'm running out of trees for him to take down (I love trees, but all trees have an eventual end of life).
Most recently, this November I had 2 of my 80 foot maples come crashing down, falling across my fence and the street. While the county and my neighbors helped clear the street. Lonnie rearranged his scheduled to make an urgent appointment to come and take down the remaining two remaining 80 foot maples that were next to my house and remove the remains of the two fallen maples. Turns out all four trees had severe black rot going thru their trunks and the two remaining trees could have come down during the next wind storm.
I just can't recommend Lonnie and Alpha Tree Care highly enough. As a rental owner I have a lot of contractor types that I routinely deal with, roofers, plumbers, electricians etc. Lonnie is on the very short list of professionals I never bother to get multiple bids for, but simply just call him and ask him to do the job knowing he will always do a great job and a fair price.
