From start to finish we were satisfied with the tree removal service from NW Premier Tree Service. We got a fair quote, schedule wasn’t too far out, crew was on time, did the job and left the area cleaned up.

Workers showed up on time cut down a tree that was between my cable and power lines expertly. Trimmed a giant maple tree behind my house and chipped all limbs and took all wood away. They also cleaned up before they left. I would absolutely recommend this company and expect to use their services again myself. Thanks a lot guys.

Zeke and his crew did a great job trimming a number of our trees exactly how we wanted, so many times tree trimming companies will hack away without asking what your ideas are, not Zeke, he wants to please his clients and does exactly that. The crew in Salem did a great job of trimming our large maple tree and a great job of cleaning up the yard. Looks like they were never here and tree looks great. We will definitely us them again.

Crew did great job. On time, polite, takes care to not damage nor mess up the yard, cleans up any debris left behind.......all as promised. Would recommend this company because they do what they say......and say what they do. That is somewhat rare in any service company these days

We had a large doug fir removed from our backyard. They did a terrific job from arrival to cleanup. I had a neighbor also use they and very happy with their service. Great company and amazing to watch!!

Excellent work at at reasonable price. Quality work, easy to work with. Good after-job cleanup. Workers quiet and focused. Arrived when agreed upon. Stump grinding residue was left in place instead of distributing around premises. However, I would recommend this company and have them do further work if needed.

Zeke and the team were quick and concise! My neighbor planted fruit trees next to our shared fence line a few years ago. I had been plagued with rotten fruit dropping in my yard for the last two plus years. This also caused a family of raccoons to "move in" and make a home under my deck! They had the best of both worlds with easy access to food and a sheltered home.
I was referred to NW Premier Tree Services from a friend who was pleased with their work.
When Zeke came to estimate the work, he was sympathetic with my issue. He wrote a detailed explanation on the estimate, making sure the raccoon issue was spelled out as a problem.
I took the estimate to my neighbor and they issued a check to me right away!!

We had NW Premier out 2 times to our place and they were great. The first time was to trim branches on some firs and Zeke and his crew did a great job of trimming what we wanted and?cleaning up the debris. The second time we had a slash pile 9 ft high with 12” diameter logs and branches pulled from our pond. They sorted the logs for us and lined our driveway with the logs. The rest of the debris was chipped. They worked till their truck was overflowing and had to come back the next day to finish. They followed instructions and stayed in budget for the work. Zeke was easy to work with and he took photos and circled the work to be done so there was no question about what was to be done. We’ll use them again.

You will not find a better company out there for your tree removal purposes. Highly Professional, more than fair, great follow-through, great communications, and they look like they just like each other and like working together. Was awesome and highly recommend. Great service from the top down. Don’t even hesitate, it’s hard to find people like this.

Hired them for pruning on some large conifers. Price was about what my research told me was market standard (not cheap). Very satisfied with the quality of the work. Got rid of all the pruned material, all the already fallen branches, thoroughly cleaned the yard and roof underneath and left those areas looking way better than when they got there. Would hire again, would recommend.

Had a custom request to drop 2 large leaning trees. The crew did just what I wanted, had the best gear, and performed my request perfectly. I would definitely recommend them.

Arturo did a really good job cutting down 2 trees for me. He was easy to work with, professional, and made the whole process simple. I’m very happy with the job and would definitely recommend Arturo to anyone looking for arborist work.

We had massive doug firs that were dead/dying and posing a danger to our house and our neighbors. We got 6 quotes that said the job would take at least two days and some even said they would need to hire a crane to take the trees down because of proximity to the house. Not only was Tree Climber NW the most competitive bid by far, but they were punctual, courteous, and finished the job in one day. I plan on using them again and recommending them to anyone I know who needs tree care or tree removal.
