I hired these guys, they confirmed when they would come out, I took down the fence under my trees to make room for them to work and at the set date and time, they didn't show up. I had to change my plan to rebuild the fence, my dogs were constantly out while I scrambled to come up with a temporary solution. I called and texted several times, they never responded. It was as unprofessional an experience as I ever encountered.

Setup appointment to get estimate, and they never showed up. They didnt even call to cancel the 2 hour window they gave me.

Had 2 rentals that needed a tree removed.. Received bids in a timely manor and had the first one removed.. A Few months later I called and asked if the bid for the second tree was still good and they said yes.. I had it removed and the job was professionally done as well as the first one... I recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future...

They just cut down two trees for me on a rental property. Super fast. Literally went to West Linn in the morning, came back around noon and they were down. I cleaned up myself but that’s because it’s what I wanted. Thanks for the great service.

Came out same day service after a storm and helped us! Total pros and the price was the best around. We will definitely use them again.

Overall good experience. Only reason it's not 5 star is there were a couple of things I had to clarify/correct with the crew which they completed with no problem. All in all a good experience for a reasonable price. They did a complete yard cleanup and did as promised plus more than in the estimate for the same price. Very pleased.

While the price was ultra competitive you can notice some lacking service and communication.

Scheduled estimate: one guy came out and provided estimate on site. Accepted and scheduled for next day to start at noon.

Job day 1: 3 Guys came out and began at 1100 and got through half the job when I was alerted they had an emergency service call and asked if they could "finish tomorrow?" I agreed and asked for an approximate start time. Crew chief stated 09-0930.

Job day 2: No call, no show. Called and left VM with work phone # @ 1748. No communication from company this day.

Job day 3: Crew shows up my home at 0945 to work and begins using chainsaws and limb grinders with my infant son sleeping. They failed to provide communication to the customer regarding rescheduling of service or continuity of customer care.

Overall. The guy doing the estimate was not present for the job. So I had to provide clarification many times regarding particular aspects of service, such as where to spread the bark, the size of the logs, etc. These were all covered at time of original estimate and would not be needed to be discussed if communication to work crew was better or estimator was present. With minor corrections and homeowner oversight the work was done in a reasonably professional manner, but communication of job details and scheduling was poor.

Estimator, "yeah, so you don't need to be here. I can just tell the guys, we got the trees marked, we gonna dump it right here. No problem." The reality was that if I had not been present, I would have had wood stored in wrong place, 6 old trees worth of bark!!! in the wrong place, and logs too big to move by myself.

Recommendation: use this service, but schedule the work when a competent homeowner will be present for oversight. The lack of communication can lead to poor results without a clarifying voice.

I've used at least a half dozen tree services over a 40 year period on my property. By far this was the best ever. The bidding process, followup to my questions, punctuality on the day scheduled and the quality of work were all 5 star quality. I'd highly recommend them to other property owners in Clark County, Washinton

I have a 15 year old cherry tree that needed to be trimmed down and shaped. I got a few quotes and they had the best price. The crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They cleaned the area thoroughly and even removed all the leaves from the yard. I highly recommend them!

I used 4A's tree service last week (8/8/19)
I had a few companies come in an give me a quote as I had to remove 4 trees that were dead or dying dying and dangerously leaning towards my house or the neighbors house.
The quote I had from them was way better than the other companies and they came right away (next day) to do the job.
The crew was very friendly and did an excellent job.

This was my 2nd time using 4A’s for tree removal. I was most impressed both times at the quality of work , the courtesy, and promptness. The job price exactly matched the estimate both times. They cleaned the tree debris up absolutely spotlessly- no one would be able to tell they were there! I would use them again in a heartbeat, and can whole-heartedly recommend them.

I just had Vincente and his crew at my home in Battleground WA. for the last three days and I'm extremely pleased. The entire crew was pleasant, accommodating and truly worked to complete everything as promised. I would highly recommend their services for any tree related work you might be contemplating. I'm actually a general contractor and recognize and appreciate this type of service, price and attitude while completing a project of this magnitude. Do yourself a favor and give 4 A’s tree Service a call!

I have called on 4A's several times over a span of about 10-12 years and I have also recommended them to friends. These guys do a terrific job at a more reasonable price than anyone else I've asked bids for. They're very professional, on time and on budget. I recently hired them for a really large messy job removing 192 feet of 40-50 year old laurel hedge. The stuff was over twenty feet tall in places. Not only did they save me a lot of money over the other bid that I got they also did a terrific job. They do it all. Big trees, little trees, trimming, removal, stump grinding and maybe more and they'll probably do it for less than anybody else you can find.
