Vanessa saved the day! I was preparing my house for to be put on the market, my previously booked cleaning service fell through. Vanessa responded to my request quickly. She was kind when I asked to add additional tasks and was able to accommodate those as well. The house looks phenomenal. My young sons said it was so clean they were not sure it was our house!

Vanessa was very quick to give me an accurate quote and schedule service! I even have dogs that she was very comfortable and confident in dealing with. She left the place spotless and was very communicative in asking if there was anything I needed more of or wished to be different. She is a very hard worker and will continue to use her service!

Vanessa’s service is top shelf. We tried the merry and corporate franchise services off and on. Always end up dissatisfied. The quality was inconsistent and way over priced. Vanessa’s teams are committed to a high level of service and respective of the work from home concept. Great communication, ALWAYS punctual and amazing communication. They always deep clean and it is a standard service level commitment.

We were in a rush to clean our new house after remodeling and before moving in. In addition to normal house cleaning, the insides of cabinets, walls, pantries etc needed to be cleaned. Called Vanessa and she was there early morning the next day. They did a GREAT job! Really appreciate her hard work.

Vanessa and her team did an amazing job cleaning our home. We were doing a reno project inside with a lot of sawdust and grease, and we needed the entire first floor scrubbed down. She did a great job on the walls, the ceilings, the windows, the floors, and especially the appliances. Communication was quick and easy. I happily recommend them.

Vanessa runs a very hard working and efficient business! She was very responsive and able to schedule me in quickly and efficiently for a pre-move-in clean this week! She showed up to the job early and looked over the problem areas with me, provided a reasonable price and still surprised me cleaning spots i had no idea were so dirty! Will definitely be booking again soon. Looking forward to the next visit!

We needed someone to clean our small rental (under 900sf). It wasn’t in bad shape, but we like to ensure professional cleaning when we turn a property over and our regular cleaner was on maternity leave. Vanessa was aggressive and unpleasant on the phone and required a $50 down payment which we didn’t hesitate to send. When my husband met her at the property, she was also gruff and aggressive… almost harsh in her manner. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt over the phone, I mean, maybe she had a bad day or something. But her mean attitude didn’t end in person. While she did a good job, she didn’t respond when we paid her promptly and requested an invoice for tax purposes. If you want a clean house with a bad attitude, this one is for you. If you need an invoice for business purposes… I highly suggest you move on. We will NOT be using Vanessa again.

Vanessa was professional and responsive to my needs with my busy schedule. I needed help maintaining my apartment during my limited time away from work. Vanessa was flexible and worked with my schedule. She came on-time, did an amazing clean, and provided recommendations. She was honest in her assessment of my needs and recommended a biweekly cleaning as that would be more fair financially to me. Overall, amazing work and I will continue to rely on her help going forward.
