We needed someone to clean our small rental (under 900sf). It wasn’t in bad shape, but we like to ensure professional cleaning when we turn a property over and our regular cleaner was on maternity leave. Vanessa was aggressive and unpleasant on the phone and required a $50 down payment which we didn’t hesitate to send. When my husband met her at the property, she was also gruff and aggressive… almost harsh in her manner. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt over the phone, I mean, maybe she had a bad day or something. But her mean attitude didn’t end in person. While she did a good job, she didn’t respond when we paid her promptly and requested an invoice for tax purposes. If you want a clean house with a bad attitude, this one is for you. If you need an invoice for business purposes… I highly suggest you move on. We will NOT be using Vanessa again.

Vanessa was professional and responsive to my needs with my busy schedule. I needed help maintaining my apartment during my limited time away from work. Vanessa was flexible and worked with my schedule. She came on-time, did an amazing clean, and provided recommendations. She was honest in her assessment of my needs and recommended a biweekly cleaning as that would be more fair financially to me. Overall, amazing work and I will continue to rely on her help going forward.

I live in North Bonneville, Washington, within the gorge. The crawl space of my home was flooded with over 4,800 gallons of sewage from a city sewer break a couple months ago. I had many contractors in and out restoring my home. Once the restoration portion was complete, Vanessa made the time to come out to my home and clean the inside. Vanessa and two others did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this cleaning service.

I have used a few cleaning companies in the past and I really like Vanessa and her business. I use her services for the holidays. She is extremely reliable and does a great job. She seems to use safe products and the office smell really good when she's done. She is just really reliable and consistent. She gives me a reminder the day before and texts me when she's done and leaving.

I’ve worked jobs that were exceptionally challenging, which made far less than what this agency charges to clean house. I’d need to go back to work full time to pay what this agency changes to clean house. I’m sure that they do a good job but no thank you.

We have had many house cleaners come to our house and this company was by far the best we've ever had. They just left our house and my husband and I couldn't be more happy with how our house looks. They cleaned things our other house cleaners would miss. We will definitely be using them again unless we scared them off by how dirty our house was. Lol
