This was the BEST carpet cleaning experience I have ever had! Mario did a great job not only in cleaning, but also explaining any questions I may have had regarding problem areas in the carpets. I have already recommended this company and Mario to several people and will be using them again in the spring to clean bedroom carpets we were not able to have done at this time. Price wise, they are very reasonable; I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company and a trusted worker like Mario.

North County Carpet Cleaning came highly recommended from Facebook and friends so we gave him a call as we prepared to put our house on the market. Clear and reasonable pricing, and even with the Easter holiday coming, he was able to come out on a few days notice. Jeff was fast, thorough, and very friendly. He made sure we were totally satisfied with the results and was even able to get out some spots that my husband was SURE were not coming out. Carpets look amazing. We would highly recommend and use this company in the future!

Jeff and his team were great. They were fast, courteous and on time. They did an amazing job. Our carpets are 16 years old and they did some high traffic areas and made them look new. Would definitely recommend them. We will be using them again for other rooms in the future.

Absolutely excellent service, we had Jeff come out and clean our carpets in our living room/hall and stairs/landing and he was very helpful, thorough and professional. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how much better our place looked and felt, not to mention how fresh it smelled after he left. Jeff was very accommodating getting me scheduled quickly despite it being a busy week for them. Mario came out and did an amazing job on the carpets. There were stains that I didn't expect to be removed that he was able to get rid of, and the house looks amazing now! I was so impressed with Mario, the technician who cleaned my carpets and upholstery. He did a phenomenal job and was so pleasant to work with! The owner, Jeff, is really great too. I have 5 children so my carpets definitely get dirty around here. They were sparkling clean when they left, even the spots I thought may not come up fully because they were the high traffic areas. I had a really expensive company do my carpets last year and I swear North County did a better job... Can't say enough good things about them!!

Update: They are still 5 STARS. I hired this company multiple times. They are always on top of the latest improvement in carpet cleaning chemicals and this last visit my 20+-year-old carpets look the best they ever have after professional cleaning. Always on time, always efficient, and careful of my belongings. All the staff is friendly, very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. There’s no up selling, just honest people doing work for a fair price.

Jeff was amazing and professional. He was able to get terrible pet stains out of our carpet. It feels like we have brand new carpet now - and for such a fair price! I've used this awesome company several times now and several of their competitors. North County is by far the best! I've had carpets and my sectional cleaned and they look new once the job is done. Mario (an employee) is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to protect my entryway and hardwood floors from the large hose that comes through our rainy walkway. He's very polite and always on time! The owner is just as great!

I am so pleased with North County Carpet Cleaning. Started with a quick phone response to my online inquiry. Got the information I needed along with an appointment right away. Jeff was at my house a few minutes early and walked through with me to discuss my concerns about a couple of areas on my carpet. The carpet came out better that my expectations. Jeff had been up-front and honest about one area of the carpet that he was not certain would come clean, but he worked his magic an the entire carpet looks great. He always makes sure that you are satisfied with the work he does. He is courteous, respectful of your property, and takes pride in his work. WOW!! After a puppy ,kittens, and a toddler doing a number on our carpet I called north county carpet cleaning I’ve never had my carpets cleaned and didn’t really know what to expect. . Jeff showed up right on time he is so so nice! I felt the service was vary fairly priced and Jeff did above and beyond what I had anticipated! I can not even tell where the stains were! HIGHLY recommend north county carpet cleaning! I’ll be having them back to clean out couch!! 5 stars !

We received the best customer service and overall experience with cleaning our carpets. They did a spectacular job once again, given the condition of our carpet. This was our second time with North Country Carpet Cleaners and we continue to recommend them to our friends. The price is very competitive for the job they do with no hidden or extra charges. Scheduling was easy and they show up within their stated window.

Not only are they great with just maintenance carpet cleaning, but Jeff has saved our carpet twice from emergency stain situations. Including a bad slime incident.
