Mason did a great job with the service - very thorough, very communicative, and excellent technical experience. Definitely would like Mason back on future service calls.

Shout out to a great technician Christian Smith. He was on time, extremely thorough, found burnt/shorted out electrical breaker. It was 98 degrees outside and last appointment of the end of the day, but he did not let either affect his work. He was committed to delivering stellar service. I highly recommend Miller's Heating & Cooling and will request Christian. Please do annual service on your HVAC + Heat Pump Systems to prevent disaster AND to extend the life of your system.

Miller’s did a A/C replacement and did a nice job. I would like to recommend them to anyone who is interested in this type of project. Nice to deal with and good price.

Miller’s Heating and Air did a fantastic job. I appreciate their timeliness and care for my home. Alberto and the new guy (sorry I forgot his name) were professional and answered all my questions. My compressor is much quieter and I feel great about knowing more about my furnace. I got the feeling that they both enjoy the work they do, such positive attitudes.

We have been using Miller’s for years. They keep our heat pump running smoothly. We have had great service with them for almost 20 years. Highly recommend them!
They just installed a new heat pump for us. It has a super sleek design along with a thermostat that I can program from my phone or use the touch screen on the thermostat. The process to install was great as we chose which features we wanted. The cost was very reasonable. We are very happy with our purchase and Miller’s service.

Great experience with Millers for both my conventual heat pump installation and full house rewire. Will use again and recommend to others.

The crew ( Mason and Cooper ) showed up exactly on time at 8:00 am. They spent all day installing 3 ductless ac/heating units. They worked efficiently, and quickly, cleaning up after themselves along the way. Three electricians showed up a short time later.
I let everyone know that my 2 dogs were in my room with the door shut, and if they needed to go into the room to let me know so I could get them, because if they get out they will bolt ( after biting their ankles ), and they are hard to catch. I had to leave to take my kid to school, and while I was gone, they needed to go into my room. They went out of their way to make sure my dogs didn’t escape. One held a blanket up so they couldn’t escape down the hall, as well as putting 2 boxes in front of my door that they could step over/into my room, but the dogs couldn’t jump over! This might sound like a little thing to some, but after having them escape 3x when my windows were getting put in ( I-5 Exteriors ) , because they were careless , this was a huge deal for me! I was super impressed at the effort they put in to making sure they were kept inside!
All of the employees, Brian ( the salesman )the electricians, and the installers, were super friendly, very professional, and an all around pleasure to have in my home!
I would say that out of all the companies I have had do work for me, Millers Heating & Air was by far the best, most professional, and all around best experience I have had!
I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend to everyone!

We have utilized Miller’s expertise for over a decade. We have always been treated with kindness and professionalism. Recently we had an issue with our gas furnace that needed repair. Water was seeping out of the base of the furnace and the central air was not working. Tech Mason worked to diagnose the issue and then consulted with a colleague. We were told that even though the unit was now out of warranty, the repair (nearly $1000) may be covered. It was! We trust and rely on companies to be fair and honest when providing repairs of our broken items. An unscrupulous company may have quietly fixed it and then collected the paycheck. Miller was honest, professional and looking out for our best interest. The repair ended up costing us only a small home visit service fee. We are grateful that we have a company that we trust!

We had an intermittent problem with our heating. Alberto was very diligent in tracing down the problem. I was very impressed with his knowledge and service. We have always had timely and good service from Miller's.

Terrific company, top down. Josiah, Michael, Trevor, Randy, Jolene ….. everyone excelled.
The crew was professional, friendly, resourceful, and detailed. And they appeared to respect each other and enjoy working together as a team and addressing the job issues. The price was good, the execution excellent. So glad we chose Miller.

Mason did a great job diagnosing the system, explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed, and I had a quote for the repairs immediately available.

James came today to check my ducts. He was great and put everything back the way it was if he had to move anything! He was very friendly and I wothave him back if needed.
