I’ve used Millers in the past for service, and bought a new Lennox system from them a few years ago. The customer service was impeccable, and it was such a flawless experience. They were so knowledgeable on the best financing and rebate offers too. Hard to find trustworthy companies like this; I would definitely recommend to anyone needing AC, furnace, or heat pump work!

Mason was awesome. He explained and showed me everything that he was doing. He did it in a manner that non HVAC people like myself could understand. I appreciated his friendly and professional attitude as well. Thanks Mason.

Mike was very thorough and efficient during the maintenace visit. Took time to further educate us on the best practices using the system. Very professional and courteous.
We hope to see him in six months or when we need a repair .
Very knowledgeable down to small details, such as keeping the drain system pipes clog free or using only water to clean the Lennox coils.

Had Alberto Hernandez stop by my place earlier today. He called to let me know he was on his way, and was happy to work on his own while I worked from my office.

Alberto showed professionalism while being friendly, and upon completion of his inspection, walked me through what he did, what I can expect, and let me know there were no problems.

Miller's Heating & Air team showed up on time and they immediately went to work. They ask to confirm where I wanted the AC unit installed and made sure everything was done right. They sealed any outside openings to prevent critters from getting underneath the house. The installation was very clean and professionally done. They tested everything make sure it function perfectly with my self learning nest thermostat. They cleaned up after the install. So excited I even bought a cover to protect the unit during the winter months. Miller's Heating & Air were friendly and courteous answering any questions I had during the install process. I couldn't be happier with the results.

After installing the AC unit back in Oct 19, 2021 Miller's Heating & Air came to clean the ducts system and vents. As before they showed up on time and quickly set out to perform the services required. Thomas the technician was very detailed performing the task. After he was done, he went ahead and did a system leak test make sure everything was functioning perfectly. Can't say enough about these guys awesome work.

He made sure AC unit was functioning at its capacity and thoroughly cleaned the unit. Great and friendly customer service.

Paul was my technician. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. As a newly widowed woman, it was nice to have a text telling me and showing me who was coming. Highly recommend.

Paul was incredible. He thoroughly went through our system for our annual servicing. Paul also assured us he personally would make sure a new cover for our attic access would be done next week. Miller broke our existing cover when they installed the system over a year ago. After reporting this to every single person at the installation and several calls to Millers office asking for this to be replaced, I believe Paul will get it done. After a stellar Heat Pump installation, it is unbelievable Millers failed so miserably on this one little follow-up item, destroying the good marks they impressed me with for installation. Thank you Paul!

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Millers Heating & Air! I recently upgraded from baseboard and cadet heaters to a brand new Lennox furnace, complete with new ducting and vent installation, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

The pricing was very reasonable, and I was impressed by how convenient the online appointment system was. From the moment I received the bid to the day of completion—just about one week—the process was smooth and efficient. I especially appreciated the daily text updates letting me know that Thomas and David were on their way, which made planning so easy.

The installation team was fantastic. They were friendly, extremely tidy, and navigated my home with care—wearing booties to protect my floors and being super kind to my four dogs and even my tortoise! Every cut was meticulously cleaned up, leaving my home spotless. Thomas kept me informed every day and was a real pleasure to work with, while David and Bruce showed utmost respect and professionalism throughout the project.

We purchased a new HVAC system from Miller’s Heating a few years ago. The Trane system has been outstanding. We are a member for annual maintenance and it’s very affordable. Our technician Thomas, was fantastic, 5/5. Very thorough. He went above and beyond adjusting even minor things and showed me steps I can do as a homeowner to extend the life of the system. Great service!

They are always willing to be of service. Friendly and prompt communication is so refreshing!

They installed my HVAC system back in 2016 and assisted getting me set up with financing. My list of specs and modifications were followed exactly as I requested (without the grief of mansplaining). The system was about $9K to $10K, which was great considering the modifications I asked for: A hybrid mini split system that uses an air handler to condition the home using existing ductwork. And, we added a fresh air intake

The system is flawless and I use them for twice yearly maintenance. I have done business with many HVAC companies in the past.

These folks are my number one go-to professionals.
