Very nice gentleman. very knowledgable and Professional. It was a quick easy discovery. ended up having an electrical contractor come out which they referred. They seem to be great as well. so far a great experience. definitely would recommend their company to anybody. plus they have fun commercials on the radio, which is what sucked me in. lol. Also to add to this review, I had them come out and do my personal residence with a tuneup and maintenance check ended up needing to replace something in the furnace, which will save me time in trouble in the winter. Dana is awesome. Keep that guy around very professional very knowledgeable And was great to my seven-year-old who was bothering him the whole time. Definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for knowledgeable, professional HVAC five star A+

Christopher Chandler was incredibly friendly, very easy to talk to. He definitely knows the ins and outs of this business. I would recommend them highly. He came in and one of my cats doesn’t like anyone and she really fell in love with him. Which I found very reassuring. I would highly recommend this company in a heartbeat, very professional company. Thank you, Christoper for being very honest and upfront about what I did needed and what I could wait on. Honesty goes a long way with me.

Bravo! This was a quality air conditioner purchase and installation from Revival Heating & Cooling, from start to finish! This morning, Zach and Michael from Revival Heating & Cooling in Ridgefield, WA came out to install the new air conditioner, which we purchased from this HVAC Group at a reasonable price. Zach and Michael are true professionals in every sense of the word! They were friendly and courteous, arriving on time, knowing exactly what they were doing. The installation went smoothly. They carefully explained everything to us, including their local and the manufactures warranty, the maintenance schedule, and system operating features. The system is so quiet, cooling our house quickly and nicely. We couldn't be happier. We would recommend Revival Heating & Cooling to anyone!

I’ve hired Revival Energy LLC several times and they have consistently delivered great results. Their staff is friendly and professional, their team does a great job of communicating before, during and after the completion of their projects. Revival is also a Trade Ally with the Energy Trust of Oregon, which makes for a very streamlined process applying any available cash or tax incentives for your project.

Dane was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to talk me through the various parts of my system.

Revival was the lowest bidder on some substantial work for our home: heat pump installation and installing insulation in the walls. They also helped us figure out that installing insulation would make for a lower overall power bill and cost since we'd need a smaller heat pump. At every step of the way, everyone I worked with at revival was great: the scheduling and payments team on the phone, Keaton during the energy use assessment and cost estimate phases, and Zack and his crew during installation. They even got the installation done the day after I selected then for the install, which was handy since my furnace had failed in the meantime and it was quite cold out. There were no cost over runs and the work was completed quickly and looks great. Cannot recommend them enough and will not call anyone else for HVAC work in the future!

I’ve had Revival come out and complete two different projects for me now. Both times the crews were very polite, professional and respectful of the property. The quality of the work is outstanding and their customer service is fantastic. 5 Stars - Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC service or installation.

They're great to work with. So many places have awful customer service that it's refreshing to have a business not treat you as disposable. Everyone from the sales people, technicians to the people that answer the phone are great. We had air conditioning issues this summer and there was none of that BS I was expecting. They came out and did the work the next day. I wish these people would also have a bank and a cell phone company because I'd hire them for that too.

It was a perfect installation for this heating/air-conditioning unit. All the installers were quick and professional. I would highly recommend Revival for future work.

Every time we have had Revival Heating & Cooling out to inspect or service our equipment it has been the best experience. The techs are all very nice and personable, courteous, respectful, and they go out of their way to explain everything they are doing and their findings. We couldn't be happier with the service they have provided us over the years. The best part is that Revival doesn't try to oversell you or scare you into costly service or replacement. They are very upfront and honest about the condition of your system and their recommendations. Super happy with the service we got from the entire team at Revival! After buying our first home, we were met with the unfortunate reality that we needed a new furnace. Robert was great at giving us realistic options without trying to upsell us to the most expensive option. He even told us that the current furnace we had was way too big and suggested we replace it with a much smaller one. We appreciated the thoroughness and transparency throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend Revival!

Excellent response time, great communication, helpful salespeople/techs. The install took half a day and my little house is now cool and quiet. Goodbye noisy, inefficient window units! I’ve gotten a couple of bids in the past couple of years and this company was about $2000 less than the others in the Portland/Vancouver area. They were respectful, didn’t try to upsell me, and weren’t afraid of my ancient house and my rowdy dogs.

Worker were prompt, did their work quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. They explained what they were doing. They made sure the job was completed

Revival and especially the Tech Dane Shepard were excellent. Being new to heat pumps Mr Shepard took the time explain how the system works, how to handle small issues and what to watch for. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I definitely will use Revival and Dane Shepard again.

This is the third time we have selected Revival Energy Group for work after reviewing two other competitors. Our first was an energy audit in 2015. The second was in 2019 when we replaced our 1994 heat pump, electric furnace, and water heater. This replacement of units was followed by a Clark County plumbing inspection and a Washington electrical inspection. All passed inspection. Then Ben Fish from Revival visited us for an updated energy audit. The kudos for a 5 star installation and energy audit goes the whole crew who worked efficiently and improved every installation. And it is Ben Fish who gave us important information for maintaining the energy for our home. Could not be happier with this work by Revival.
