They did a great job when my client's heating suddenly failed. Install crew was professional, personable, efficient, and capable. Did a great job on cleanup.

Ethan was great and kept us informed as to what would be needed and did great job going thru our heat pump and furnace.

I had an AC problem so I called Revival and they had an opening same day I called. Gave me warning of their arrival. Arrived on time. Was clean, professional, and friendly. Found the problem and asked for my approval to fix. They fixed it quickly and verified the repair worked. They cleaned up the work area, explained everything clearly, and departed.

I've several services from this company including a new AC unit install 8 years ago, and a recent AC/Heater cleaning, and repair of a tricky problem I have been having. The office/front desk staff are pleasant to work with. They are courteous and communicate well by text, email and phone call. They kept me up to date on arrival times. My most recent technicians Ethan and Dane were both pleasant to work with also, both professional and good communicators. Eventually my problem was fixed after some trial and error repairs. The billing and estimates are straightforward and seem reasonable. I will definitely contact them again should I need more assistance.

Ben Fish provided our inspection/bid and was dead on the money with what could improve our 100-year-old house's energy efficiency - and make our upstairs bedrooms livable in the summer heat. He was knowledgeable - and both found (and fixed) a natural gas leak he stumbled on (loose nut on the fitting to our furnace) and identified asbestos tape/wrap on some of our ductwork and register boots. While he couldn't be certain - he was confident it was asbestos (it was) and that we should remove it before doing any AC/ductwork with Revival (we did).

Revival was not the cheapest bid - but the quality of the work speaks for itself. I am comfortable that we got the best quality work that we could've - and they really surpassed our expectations. When Ben arrived the day of the work due to start - he mentioned that our bathroom fan vent wasn't connected (which we knew) and offered to add a vent into the project for free since they'd be cutting roof sections for the mushroom vents anyway! I installed a new bathroom fan the next weekend - and we're so thrilled they did that for us. They even connected a 4'' duct and left it for me to connect once I had the new fan installed.

The crews were both fast, courteous, and skilled. They communicated with me every step of the way - and made judgment calls which were accurate and sensible. The project took longer than anticipated (by a day and a half) - but I'd happily take that over rushing through the work. They sealed every joint - and greatly improved the efficiency of our existing air handler and ductwork - and the new ducts and boots were installed with great precision.

The fact they could even install the AC coils is a miracle - we had to drop the whole furnace and redesign the air intake to accommodate it with the 6' 3'' ceilings.

We're totally overjoyed with the work that was done - and would recommend revival in a heartbeat.

Dane explained everything really well and diagnosed the issue and was able to get the parts needed and come back the next day to replace the necessary part. I definitely recommend this company! Great family owned business!

They did great work. They air sealed our basement, including an awkward crawl space. They blew in insulation in our exterior walls. The house feels much more comfortable and we're using less energy to do it. Couldn't be happier with the service provided. Communication was super clear throughout the project, so that was very helpful.

I have nothing but great things to say about Revival Heating and Cooling. From setting up the first appointment throughout the installation has been smooth and friendly. I really appreciated the options they offered and how friendly everyone I dealt with was. I will definitely call them again and will recommend them to others.

Once again we had a great experience with Revival. Our technician Dane was professional and super nice. Although we had to wait a week for parts, not their fault, once Dane was here he had it working in a few hours. We have an old hvac system and they have revived it twice! Revival Energy efficiently installed our home in Camas a new A/C through Curt and Brandon who were so professional and really did well in their job. I highly recommend this company for any job related to cooling and heating of any commercial buildings, residential homes and others. Keep up the good work.

Revival Energy installed our split ductless system six years ago and we recently had them out to service and clean all units. I can’t speak highly enough about Dane’s knowledge and professionalism. He was thorough, but got us taken care of efficiently. I highly recommend!

After reviewing competitive bids from seven different HVAC companies, I selected revival heating and cooling to replace my low efficiency furnace and install an air conditioner (American Standard / Trane). Robert, the sales person, made me feel confident in revival‘s installation skill and their pricing was commensurate with Jacob’s.

The installation process involved a lot of unforeseen challenges and problem-solving that Chris and his installation team navigated while including me in the decision making process. I would recommend revival to friends and family without hesitation.

Dane was so nice and very knowledgeable. He performed thorough maintenance on our geriatric furnace and made sure everything was working safely. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need, and was very kind in answering all our questions. Will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Replacing a HVAC system was not exactly on the top of my list of home projects I wanted to complete; however, from start to finish ... my experience with Revival was nothing short of amazing!

Starting with Robert walking me through my options, Jamie/Emily making scheduling a breeze, Spencer & Chris (& Curtis for a couple hours) with the 2-day removal of old system & install of new to Ethan returning to finish up one last (non-essential) piece ... the process was seamless and the entire team could teach a master class on professionalism & customer service.

All this being said ... when making any decision around HVAC systems ... I absolutely recommend Revival Heating & Cooling.
Bid was in-line - and competitive with - three other companies; however, what set Revival apart from the jump was the customer service...which - for me - was priceless.

On a side note - being the owner of 2 high energy, inquisitive vizslas ... I want to give Spencer, Chris and Ethan props for being beyond (!!!) accommodating of their curiosity. Much appreciated!

I called for routine maintenance to make sure we were safe before winter. Ethan, our technician, notified me before he came and showed up on schedule. He finished the service and informed me of the state of the system. He made no effort to upsell but answered my questions. While further service was beneficial, it was not essential. Since I have a background with air conditioning I understood his answers. He wore shoe covers to protect our floors. He completed the service at my request, and left me confident that the system was going to be in top working order.

Professional, pleasant and right to the job. Explained in clear language I understood leaving me with confidence a job well done. I would highly recommend this company along with their skilled crew. You can never be too sure BUT you can with Revival.

We chose Revival because their commercials specifically said they pride themselves on “giving it to you straight”, without trying to scam customers or upsell them on entire systems they don’t necessarily need.
I mean, it’s in their name… Revival! 😂

Anyway, Dane Sheppard was a great representative for their company, easy to work with, and I felt he went above and beyond with not only his thoroughness of the inspection, but with his presentation of our options moving forward.
Dane was a well educated and knowledgeable HVAC specialist, that did all he could for our situation, which turned out to be a most unfortunate series of options henceforth.

We did the initial replacing of a burned out control unit, which took a few months to “budget” that piece into existence, but the compressor was completely shot we found out after that piece being replaced, so we either go that route, which is very expensive to a guy on a fixed income, or we replace the ENTIRE system, which is a pipe dream currently.

Even though the situation is seemingly a dire one at this juncture in time, I would still recommend Revival for your HVAC needs, and ask for Dane!

He is a stellar person, tech and all around trustworthy fellow. Someone you would welcome into your home any day!

I cannot say enough @ Revival and the team who worked on my home. Robert came out & assessed the (grotesque) situation, reviewed all of my testing results and came back with a plan and estimate that made sense. He was not alarmist (rare), explained things I had no frame of reference to understand, and was transparent @ pricing. And a super nice guy. Also, bar none, this was the best crew of workers whom I have ever hired. The most professional, most conscientious, most careful, friendly, helpful, courteous, having the best work ethic. The volume of work far exceeded my expectations, but I was never approached with “new problems” having been discovered. They were even super sweet to my dogs. I give them my most enthusiastic & adamant recommendation.
