Alex was as professional and knowledgeable as it gets! He took time to explain and show mw what exactly was beginning to fail on our 20 year old HVAC system. Instead of jumping right into selling us a new system, he was very candid on our options on how to try and keep our existing system going if we wanted to do that. Given the advancements in newer systems, existing rebates and improved access to our system (not a furnace in the sweltering attic), we opted to purchase a new system that should last out our years in this home and lower our monthly bills. The new system quoted was as efficient and 1/3 lower cost than a quote we were given by another contractor about 18 months ago. I HIGHLY recommend Alex and this company to anyone with HVAC service needs!!!

He explained everything clearly, walk-through process, following up with inquiries, completed the installation efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The quality of their work and attention to detail and cleaness really stood out. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC installation.

Alex was great and very timely in addressing the issues we were having with our heating/cooling unit. He came and cleaned it out super well and re-insulated it so that we are in tip top shape now.

Owner Alex is exceptional! We had another HVAC technician out before Alex and Smart HVAC. He told us we needed to replace furnace for a minimum of $6500. Alex spent more than seven hours fixing our furnace for $1218 and saved us over $5000! Alex is super competent, honest, reliable and personable. I cannot recommend Smart HVAC more highly!

Alex installed a new central heating/ac system that is working now two years flawlessly. Love the service provided by Smart HVAC and the clear communication, detailed quotes and how our specific plans needs were understood and then addressed. We chose this service again for an addition that required a mini split with 3 heads and that too is a fantastic investment.
